Kentron Boutique Hotel — Hotel in округ Лиговка-Ямская

This is the third time I stay at this hotel. Unfortunately this time it was disappointing:|I remember two years ago there were employees who spoke English, made my staying easier .but this time is different, it was difficult to communicate with them, I needed help but they couldn't help me properly (I orderd food through the reception|instead of for 2 Coca-Cola, i got two bottles of water!!).|The check-in was not satisfactory at all, I arrived at the airport and could not find the driver who was sent from the hotel and he was late, I texted the hotel and the answer was (DRIVER IN BLACK COAT ) withe capital letters! Im in shock.|About breakfast, actually I paid it for two days but I only got one, so I want my money (750 rubles), and the coffee was cold!|Apparently it's time to find another hotel on my next visit such of frustration, Im glad that i stayed 2 days...

It was a pleasant stay and we have nothing to complain about. ||The hotel does not have a lift and you need to be prepared to take your bags upstairs. The lady at the reception offered us to help as the bell boy has left by the time we arrived. When we were leaving, we just called the reception that our bags were ready. ||They also don’t have a bar or a restaurant. Not a problem for us, but somebody might mind.||The atmosphere is very nice. You feel that people really care and do their best to make you comfortable. ||Location was convenient for me as I traveled for business, but it might not be the best one for sightseeing, as you will need to take public transport to visit most of the landmarks.
