Not five stars hotel. The hotel is elegance, one elegance of ancient times and was it's left. No modern inside, except the elevator.Room are big, well kept and the bed and pillows was comfortable.Few power plugs for mobile devices, indeed I had to use one in the bathroom, and this is not very comfortable especially when it rings.Too much Red velvet in the room, a bit overwhelming and dust receptacle especially in the tens. The mini bar cointained only a one regular coke (nothing about sugar free),one red bull, three fruit juice and other little small bottles of liquor. During the late evening due dinner too much savory I had to call the service room to make me bring a common to tonic water not present in minibar as many soft drink and choice. The bathroom was large but it too ancient without modern mixer and no present the shower.Only a big bath with a terrible unhygienic rubber mat also not large to try not to slip inside. Present inside bidet (very good) but without his towel dedicated. Probably mistake of housekeeper on the floor I want to hope.Good the courtesy set present in the bathroom. No possible received the breakfast in the Hotel room but only in our room( I don't love that) and we have filled in the evening before a card (written only on Russian language, fortunately my wife is Russian, but not comfortable for foreign guest). Arrived duly in the early morning the tray. present only one teaspoon and use the dirty one used the day before for the coffee capsule present in the room( not Nescafé authentic capsule but one of economic of not good quality.( You can place also one only capsule but put it of quality and same brand of the coffee makers!).Are we not in five stars hotel? Not present on the tray paper napkins (and that is serious) so we used paper towels of our property. The toasted bread arrived cold and dampish as the coffee. We order a milk to put in the coffee and arrived a glass of milk( may be misunderstanding) and not present also the teesponer for the Russian tvorag order from my wife. Other little problems for the breakfast but I think the lack of attention has been understood. Hotel Trezzini was located on the river of Sant Petersburg and the staff was polite, tough with some problems to understand the English language. Not acceptable from 5 stars hotel in 2021. A language stage will be appreciated. The price was good for out season and this probably was the reason of not quality service of breakfast. The hotel needs modernization, on many services,in the room and in the bathroom, and technology. Not 5 stars hotel.Good luck Dvorets...
Read moreWe stayed at Trezzini Palace for 3 nights. We got Presidential and Imperial Suits. Upon our arrival we got greeted by stuff at the front door that helped us with luggage. We also were communicating by WhatsApp. The suits was absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I wanted to say special thanks to Kirill and Ekaterina at the front desk/reception. I want to highlight Kirill’s personal touch to a fast response and professionalism. Also thanks to Diana and Alexey from kitchen. And Oleg at the front entrance. He helped us with luggage and was always polite.
Depends on the person on the front desk, you will get the service. Sometimes I had to call again and ask few times before they completed what I asked for or order. In my opinion I think the cleaning crew should do a better work. I saw lots of dust on the furniture and we never got our rooms vacuumed and they never cleaned the balcony.
Overall, I would come back again and I am happy with my stay. The experience could be a little better. That would be amazing if they do a little better work.
Rooms are amazing. Stylish. Russian Imperial Spirit. The most lovely part in the bedroom is comfortable bed and absolutely “cloud” like pillows.
Thank you for everything! I highly...
