Been here with a short business trip, and I was in awe with quality and hospitality! ||||The company reserved a standard single room for me and I was going to upgrade upon checking in, but there was no need in this. The room was extra spacious and excellent for a standard 4! Also, very clean and cozy! Oh, and the air conditioner - strong and cold, which was a salvation, when it's +32 outside. Minibar is filled with water, soft drinks and alcohol, not expensive at all. ||The bathroom was also large, with different amenities - even with emergency kit of toothbrush+toothpaste. Oh, need to mention lots of towels too. There is only a lack of shelves in the bathroom. ||There is an ironing board on every floor, so if you need to iron your clothes before tomorrow business meeting, it's easy as abc. ||Very good wi-fi is available free of charge in all hotel, and, what's more important, wi-fi is very strong in your room. ||||The restaurant has marvelous food for lunch and dinner and they have room service too. I really advice to try local Tatar cuisine there - so delicious! ||I didn't like breakfast, but I must say they have large variety of food - eggs, sausages, cheese, chicken, fish and lots of sweets! ||||The hotel staff is very kind and hospitable! The whole hotel has a strong welcoming atmosphere! ||||There is also a "loft" on the 4th floor - access to the roof where there are two benches :) But the view is good and it's a nice place to relax and chat with friends - bring your own beverages :) ||||The location is just perfect! 35 minutes from airport and within walking distance to all the city sightseeings. ||||Overall, I didn't expect so much quality from a not-chain 4 hotel, but it will be my number one choice for next...

Room service obeys the "do not disturb" sign, which is a rare thing (from my experience, even in Europe staff usually has a bad habit of entering the room despite any warnings...). The rooms are kept very clean.
Even though it's good, it is not worth the price you're paying. The furniture feels very cheap, so as the sink and other bathroom equipment. The breakfast is terrible.
Let me put it in a standalone paragraph, so that everyone sees it:
The breakfast is terrible!
Coffee was okay, so were some of the sweets and red peppers, but everything else was either not fresh, or you would never consider trying it. Who on earth has marinated fish for breakfast? Or pasta? Or steamed vegetables and boiled potatoes? Perhaps the people of Tatarstan Republic do, but I very much doubt their guests share that passion...
Tomatoes and cucumbers were dried up. There was no fruit. At all. Not even a single canned peach.
This hotel is exploiting the fact that it is one of the few good hotels in the city, even though it's not worth the price. However, you can find a hotel that's just a little bit further from city centre, with equally bad breakfast, but for about 2/3...
