Mini-Otel' Art Galaktika — Hotel in Tverskoy District

The are in city center. IF YOU ARE NOT RUSSIAN PASSPORT HOLDER, never even consider to visit this hostel. The staff and the owner ended up to kick me out because i am not russian and no registration. The staff ask me to wait for 4 hours when I arrive until 2pm to make check in. After that because I am Indonesian, the staff did not allowed me to check in with reason that i was in russia more than 2 weeks but i dont have registration. This rule is abolish already even prior Fifa world cup 2018 but the stu**d hostel staff and owner did not understand. They have no right to know for what I am doing in moscow. They just afraid that I am like Kazakhstani or Uzbek who stay in Moscow for working and dont have registration. I am not that poor and i have good job in my home town. We spent ages looking for a good hotel in a good location only for our booking to be cancelled and we were then given this instead and with only 3 days before arrival we had no choice!||it is really hard to find as a local taxi driver couldn't find it, the 24 shop 2 minuets walk away had no idea where it was but thankfully a nice Russian named Alec wandered with us for an hour looking for it only to find it is just off the main road through an archway into what looked like a building site courtyard.||We were on the very top floor so it was quite for us but dodgy stairs after vodka are not good fun!||The staff were friendly and spoke a little English which helps, the reception area did smell of smoke which isn't pleasant.||But the location was good, the bed was comfy, the showers were hot and a Starbucks coffee shop 5 mins down the road and the metro and circus were just another 5 mins around the...
