Ресторан PlOV project — Restaurant in Tverskoy District

The first level which is much bigger with a more open space looks more inviting. We were sat on the second which is smaller which isn't too bad but the interior design was just so confusing. Bright lights, velvet chairs fake flowers on the ceilings, waiters wearing a technician uniform. Old pop music. It was just a bit too much of everything going on. But that isn't what caught most of my attention. It's the food. The menu is very simple but the prices are slightly higher than usual, which is fine because the restaurant is presenting itself as a higher price range but! It food was completely not up to par. I ordered a pasta with fish. The dish was barely warm, the fish was obviously previously frozen and not fresh and the sauce wasn't emulsified. I was disappointed to be honest. The cocktails we ordered were okay but we waited for a while for them and eventually they arrived with the food. Average wait was about half an hour. At the end I was caught off guard by the waiter who said that if we enjoyed the food and service (which was minimal) he is happy with a bank transfer for his tips hahaha I just couldn't with this place...it's a great place for a group of friends who just want a clubby atmosphere but it's definitely not a place...

This is not your regular chaihona, but a much better lounge/restaurant, even though they serve Uzbek cuisine. However, this is all done with a modern twist: in decor resembling Alice in Wonderland story, modern lounge music, and some fusions in cuisine. In addition, they have way better shishas and quite a few interesting deserts. My favorite one is the "chocolate Stone". The cherry on the top is their 20% bithday discount. So this place fits perfectly for both romantic dinners or gatherings with...

Была впервые в данном заведении ... Очень впечатлил интерьер ...красиво..комфортно ...уютно...камин очень красиво вписывается в интерьер ) Уборная тоже впечатлила с глазом 🙈единственное смутил крем бархатные ручки просто в тюбике как то не очень , как будто кто то его забыл )не совсем гигиенично )в дозаторе все же по интереснее было бы ) Но не смотря ни на что ресторан очень красивый 👍🏽😍Единственное , что подпортило нам вечер , так это официант 🤦🏻‍♀️Парень с бородой не помню как зовут , Абсолютное незнание коктейлей, не смог вообще рассказать состав, отвечал очень неохотно и на каждый вопрос у него было выражение , что мол вы меня тут раскрашиваете , это же классика отвечал он 🤦🏻‍♀️( барменам отдельное спасибо , коктейли были вкусные) ..И слово ЩА в его лексиконе просто без комментариев)очень неохотно обслуживал ... и момент с чаевыми , с соседнего стола полностью добил нас , явно был недоволен что ему там оставили , и сразу же убрал в карман ... ну прям это все портит ((( Я бы однозначно вернулась в этот ресторан именно из за интерьера и вкусной кухни , но сервис...
