It's a Hotel with the best connectivity across the city Mecca Sharif.. So, location of the Hotel is 10/10.. Lobby is just like an entry to a small Palace with those palace furnitures.. It's a wide Lobby.. Hospitality is at premium.. Staff are well trained and well informed.. Food is too awesome and too yum.. You would wait for the everyday surprise when it comes to food.. Transperancy is their key to success I believe as they were very clear and transparent in terms of conducting business from booking till the time you checkout.. Very unprofessional selfish and rude behaviour of the hotel office staff. A local staff knocked on the room door and took away the key without saying anything. He said something in Arabic. My old mother stayed in the room without electricity for a long period as the removal of the key by that person made the electricity disconnected.
