Spice Bowl — Restaurant in Makkah Al Mukarramah

I paid with card and the guy didn't give a receipt and though oh maybe he knows what he's was doing.

Waited in front of the show for 15 mins where there wasn't much people around and ensured that they could see me waiting. When I asked for my order they asked for the receipt.

I showed them on my phone the charge for my order with their restaurant name and they made me wait another 25 mins while they argue at the back.

I showed them again the charge and they finally gave me the order.

For subpar, pricey food and bad customer service they deserve 1...

Their staff does not know how to talk to customers/Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. When I launched here, they were served stale food which could not be eaten even to the extent of 1%. One of the employees here, who was from Egypt,He did not have any manners of talking, he was not giving any response when complained. I ordered lamb mutton Biryani, and it was absolutely garbage. The rice tasted old,almost like it's been sitting for a week then heated up. The meat quality is awful and cheap. It's rubbery and tough to the point that you can't even chew it.Not only that, but the food it self is Ice cold . I toked only 1 bite then I threw the whole bowl in to the trush. The food is absolutely joke and tasteless. If I can rate them ZERO, I would . it's the worse experience ever. I will absolutely not...
