Exceptional Stay at View Al Madinah – Steps Away from Masjid Al-Nabawi We had a wonderful experience staying at View Al Madinah located just a short walk from the Masjid Al-Nabawi. The proximity to the mosque made our visit especially peaceful and convenient allowing us to fully focus on our spiritual journey. The hotel itself is elegant and well maintained with a posh atmosphere that’s both luxurious and welcoming. From the lobby to the rooms everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. They had complementary juices and kahwa at reception ! The comfort of the beds and the modern amenities made it easy to relax after a long day - also had 6 types of pillow if u want to order. What truly made our stay unforgettable however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. A special thanks to Ahsaan who allocated our room to the beautiful Masjid Nabawi view - thanks to Rashid, Shakib, Sakep, and Abduelah—each of them went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience, I was in Makkah and I started to call view al Madin an few days before to sort all 3 rooms out on 1 floor and beds correctly, every time I got through they would put me on hold for minimum 30 mins and cut the phone off. Then on Friday the day I was leaving for madinah, I got the guest relations manager to call view al midinah, she spoke to guest relations manager at view al madinah, and sorted all the rooms out correctly and on one floor next to each other, she said everything has sorted before your arrival. When I arrived at view al madinah the rooms were on different floors and 3 single beds in each room, I explained to staff all this was sorted over the phone this morning, we had to wait for another 1 hour to sort double and 1 twin bed out and all rooms on 1 floor. In the room there was no direction for the kaabah it took them 2 days to put a sticker in our rooms, the beds are very high you need a stools to climb in and out, only thing good I can is is close to the mosque for the men to pray and do sallaam for the ladies it’s a long walk, the staff were not much of a help at all, if you got family, kids , elders and the beds...
