Pullman Zamzam Madinah — Hotel in Medina Province

I was with PullMan Madina in First week of October 2025 i reached Madina at afternoon 3 pm i already checked in prior a day using online check in once i reached my Luggage was taken by the concierge i was guided to the All Priority counter me and my family was greeted warmly by the host Miss. Dallia she asked for my passport and the reservation number after providing with the details with in minutes i was handed over my room keys as i checked in online a day before i was also upgraded and that was an amazing guesture by the host we felt so welcomed. Location: Just in front of the Al-Safiya Museum and Orchard very near to gate 366 once you enter from here you can see the green dome and entrance to Rawdah (Taxi From airport to PULLMAN ZAMZAM 50 SAR) Lobby: Clean and the smell of oudh is amazing, Usually the Lobby is busy during the check in times but they have enough staff to address your concerns. Parking: Available for guest but a chargeable amount of 70 SAR per stay or if you want to park it for a short time then its 7 SAR per hour. Lobby Elevators : The elevator system is good not busy hardly any wait time. Rooms: As i stayed at the junior suite i would just talk about that - Stayed at Room 595 on 5th floor the rooms are well equipped with all the amenites you would need the carpets were clean the furniture and sofa were clean there is a coffee machine with the coffee pods the kitchen top could have been added with few basic crockery which were missing but it didnt matter to me as i ate at the resturent BEDS- Comfortable they provided with a extra bed for my daughter that was really nice of Miss.Dallia she suggested it to us. Comforters - warm and cozy Pillows - 1 hard and 1 soft pillow were availabe and i usually like to use a hard pillow on top of that a keep a soft pillow to just keep my head a little elevated Bedsheets- Nice and Clean The locker system works well There was enough room to keep my luggage The cupboards were just enough to accomodate all my things Televsion was good which display the information and have few channels which i couldnt explore as i was at Masjid e nabawi most of my time Intercome works well the staff is quickly response to your concerns Bathrooms- Well fited and equipped (Plumbing issue in one of the bathroom- it didint concern me much) Bath robs and towels - clean and soft Dental Kit- The paste was good and the brush was soft Shower Gel- Smells amazing Shampoo - Good but my hair felt dry i usually carry my own shampoo Conditioner - Does the work Body lotion- Good quality smells nice (I carry my own body lotion but i felt the BL provided at the Pull man was good) Soap - does the work WIFI- Speed is good and works good. Staff behaviour - Good, Warm and welcoming (Except one i dont know her name but she miss behaved with my wife as she forgot her key card at the room and when she came back to the lobby and asked for a extra key card she said there is no booking in this name at the hotel and asked her to leave - strange) Breakfast: I really liked the breakfast Spread Mr.Mohammed Mohsen was very kind my daughter couldnt go for the breakfast one day and he told me to take something for my daughter to the room that was so kind of him the food tastes good and have good variety - there is a dedicated members dining area usually only for the ALL Accor members less crowded there are 2 breakfast areas - i tried both of them and both have healthy breakfast options Gym: The gym is located on the 1st floor - its a basic gym can be better for the PULLMAN Brand few of the items are missing which can be added and the area can be a little big as the gym room is a little small it gets congested if more than 4 people work out the same time - "The Gym NEEDS Service" Kindly look into this.
