Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Financial District — Hotel in Municipality of Al Shamal

First time coming to Riyadh, but certainly COMING BACK AGAIN TO HILTON!! To be totally honest, on arrival, the female receptionist had a poor attitude toward me; she had made a payment error and had displayed a lack of professionalism from the start by raising her voice, but fortunately no one else was present to see it. But as soon as I called the front desk supervisor, he arrived and quickly resolved the problem. He offered us a free supper and refreshments and was really gracious. I want to personally praise him for his moral character and problem-solving abilities. Unfortunately, I was unable to thank him in person before checking out, but perhaps he will get the message.

In addition, the entire staff was incredibly kind! 100% excellent professional quality; lovely, welcoming services. Start with the accommodating housekeeping staff, in particular Mr. Milborn, for his excellent service in guiding us to the hotel's desired location. Additionally, I appreciate Mr. George from Food and Beverage for his invitation and compassion, as well as Mr. Ibrahim for his grin and the delicious chocolate I received. During my stay, I truly felt the warm welcome, excellent service, high level of respect, and pleasant short talk I had with them.

Despite the fact that I placed my order online, the security and other staff members were gracious enough to discourage me from reaching the lobby and instead delivered the goods to my room. When we stay at a hotel, we specifically look for outstanding service and hospitality, and I firmly feel that the hotel's administration has developed this. Thank you to everyone, including the staff members whose names I regrettably can’t recall, for the pleasant stay I had these two days. And I strongly request that management look into the unprofessional female receptionist I initially encountered, as such actions could undoubtedly have a negative impact. I will only give my experience a 10/10 because of how well they managed to transform this into a professional one in a second. UPDATE JULY 2025: My second time staying at Garden Inn for business trip for two months this time. A wonderful and peaceful experience staying here again! The staff are all so kind and helpful, it makes living here for two months very nice. A special thank you to HK Supervisors Dewan and Abdul Wali and also Milon from level 14 for always greeting me with a smile and saying goodmorning. I really appreciate the care they take in cleaning my room! Thank you also for the beautiful roses and chocolates :) highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn! The view from the room is amazing! Also a big thank you of course to all the kind and lovely staff at the garden inn restaurant downstairs for always being so thoughtful and helpful. A special thank you to Maroua, with whom I’ve enjoyed many lovely conversations! And also a big thank you to the staff who give me my favourite strawberry Laban yoghurt to keep in my fridge ♥️

Original review 2024: I stayed here for 9 nights recently on a work trip. It was incredibly comfortable, the rooms were beautiful and clean and well equipped with everything I could have needed. I loved the view from my bedroom!! The facilities were fantastic - gym, pool etc. the buffets were also amazing!! The breakfast buffet is soooo good. What I really loved though above everything else was how LOVELY all the staff were! They always greeted me with a smile and had little conversations with me. I want to especially thank Rim who did a beautiful job of cleaning my room. He always greeted me with a smile when I saw him in the hallway and he even left me a rose one day in my bathroom after cleaning my room! Thank you Rim :) highly...

My recent dinner buffet experience at Hilton Garden Inn in Riyadh’s Financial District was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant’s modern, elegant décor made for a perfect setting to enjoy a delightful evening.
