Having stayed at Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Riyadh previously in 2024, I must say that my latest visit exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast area on the 2nd floor, where the staff demonstrated exceptional service. The selection of dishes was extensive, beautifully presented, and each dish was infused with remarkable flavors and cooked to perfection. Additionally, the Executive Lounge at the mezzanine level served as a tremendous retreat; a true business hub where I was able to relax and efficiently complete my work. This setting provided an ideal balance of comfort and productivity. I would, however, like to bring a minor concern to your attention. During the check-in process, I experienced a noticeable fluctuation in performance at the reception, which resulted in a slower and somewhat questionable service. This was in contrast to the much more positive and efficient service provided by the reception staff at check-out. On a very positive note, the housekeeping team throughout my stay was extremely helpful, alert, and impeccably punctual in accommodating all of my needs.
