The location of the restaurant and the decoration of the place is very appealing. It is nicely maintained and the interior colours are shiny (gold & silver) to give it a luxurious feeling. The staff are nice and we had smooth communication with them. The food arrived relatively quick. The service was very good. The food itself wasn't special or authentic, except for the eggplant roll was very tasty, and they had a special fries dish that was also good. The prices are expensive for one small dishes. SAR 40 or more for the smallest thing you could order. So value for money is not great!

Excellent environment and services they care about visitors, I was invited for a business dinner and was excellent experience. We had several drinks, starters, mixed grill, desserts in addition to Shamaya signature (the eggplant makloubeh), in general, food is normal but they do have excellent selections. I liked eggplant maklobeh , fried kebbeh and Kunaffeh Madloka. Mixed grill and some of starters was below expectations. You should be very selective and focus on their specialty.

The food is of the highest quality and carefully prepared by the house chef and the ambiance is just tranquil. What a great find for us, staying at a nearby hotel. Very very yummy food, well balanced flavors and incredible presentation. All dishes we tried were excellent - so much so that we came back the next day to try some more. Again we were not disappointed! It was calm on weekdays and the serving staff is highly professional and attentive. Would recommend for a classy meal for couple as much as for a business meal of a small group, if you not too loud (don't distract other guests from enjoying their food with your loud talking). The food is exceptional and all the employees are passionate about the restaurant and were all very very helpful.... I esp. recommend Nadine who was warm and detailed in helping me with my order. I will go back in 2 days... the service is awesome - and the food perfection. I highly recommend this exceptional Lebanese...
