Escape KSA — Attraction in Municipality of Olaya

Honestly this was one of the worst experiences ever in terms of organization, safety, and the overall quality of the place. I actually called before and your staff told me our booking is at 10:00 and to come earlier, which I already know since every escape room requires arriving early for the briefing and rules. We arrived 40 minutes before, and still ended up sitting there waiting. When we finally entered, the place felt more like a bar than a family entertainment spot honestly ridiculous and disappointing. You seriously need to work on providing something better. The room was full of broken props, no creativity, no excitement at all, which clearly shows a lack of effort in preparation. As for your free invitation, I’d say focus on improving the place first, because right now it’s just a failure 🤣. Guys, even if it’s free, don’t waste your time here! My review is simply to warn others not to go through the same bad experience. I highly recommend better escape rooms like Escape the Room, Last Hour, Unknown Escape Room, or Escape Hotel way more professional and fun than this. Unforgettable Experience at Escape Room KSA!!

I recently visited Escape Room KSA with friends, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, making us excited from the start and especially the guy seith, he was very friendly and really guided us through the place. He provided us with everything we needed and overall he was just a very great staff member. The room's design was incredibly detailed, immersing us fully in the story. The puzzles were cleverly crafted and varied in difficulty, providing a fun challenge for everyone.

The hint system was perfect, offering just enough guidance without spoiling the fun. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy waiting area with refreshments and games.

I highly recommend Escape Room KSA Whether you're a seasoned pro or a first-timer, this place delivers an exceptional and thrilling experience. Five stars...

Very Disappointing Experience The staff at this establishment are poorly trained, with unacceptable customer service and a lack of professionalism.

We had a reservation at 7:30 PM for the Serial Killer room, which we booked online. Upon arrival, we were informed that the Serial Killer room was under maintenance, despite no prior communication to inform us of this issue.

We reluctantly chose the Sherlock room as an alternative and were told it would be ready in 40 minutes. However, we waited for over an hour before being allowed to enter. To make matters worse, the room was not properly set up. Boxes were already open, and we discovered the items meant to be the final solution within the first minute of the game, completely ruining the experience.

This lack of preparation and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place until significant...
