I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional service and assistance that we received during our recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the warm welcome we received from Ms. Popović Anđelija, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home.

Throughout our stay, we were continually impressed with the level of attention and care Popović Anđelija and Kristina provided to us.

From Ms Popović Anđelija who assisted us with our check-in and promptly answered all of our questions, helped us with all the reservations at clubs and restaurants, to the housekeeping team by Jasna who ensured that our room was always clean and tidy, every member of your team exceeded our expectations.

Furthermore, we greatly appreciated the assistance that Krsitina provided in recommending local attractions and restaurants, and in arranging transportation for us during our stay. Both Popović Anđelija and & Kristina have the best expertise and attention to detail helped us to make the most of our time in the area, and we couldn't have done it without their help.

Overall, our experience at your hotel was truly exceptional, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of your staff for their outstanding service and hospitality.

Ce n'est plus l'hôtel qu'il était malheureusement petit déjeuner a prendre avec des pincettes! Supplément au petit déjeuner pour les boissons chaudes comme le cappuccino ou bie rajouter de la crème sur son café. Vous avez droit au parking devant la porte hors de prix attention 25€ le soir.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the response I received from your hotel regarding my recent stay. While I appreciate the attempt to address my concerns, the response was both inaccurate and unprofessional. Firstly, the claim that all dishes can be ordered a-la-minute is contradicted by my experience. Additionally, the suggestion that I did not ask for assistance is unfounded. I believe it is important to note that infants are not considered additional guests as they typically sleep in the parents' bed. Furthermore, the assertion that parking information was provided two days prior to my arrival is incorrect. As the reservation was made on the same day, such information could not have been provided. This discrepancy raises serious questions about the accuracy of your records and the transparency of your communication. I find the overall tone of the response to be dismissive and lacking in empathy. It is particularly disappointing to receive such a poorly written and unprofessional response from a hotel that claims to offer a high standard of service. The location of the hotel is fabulous. It’s right in the middle of the city center where you have access to the best of the museums, Fortress and historical attractions, good restaurants at the famous walking street bustling till late night and music volume just right for ones ears. Service and staff was very kind.. in particular, I would like to mention the housekeeping manager Miss Jasna, who was very compassionate about her work and at the same time looking forward to my needs and checking on me, despite no requirement. I found that really sweet. Cafeteria here has a wide selection of breakfast options, specially for an Indian traveler in Europe. Room Service made me a nice picnic lunchbox upon request for my day out at Novi Sad, which is the second biggest city in Serbia and hour away from my hotel. Minibar is loaded with snacks and beverages, at a price. Layout of the rooms as well as the hotel entrance from both sides makes it congenial to walk around. Overall, a great place and highly recommend it. People out on the streets in general are not very welcoming because they don’t know the language so well, however at this hotel, it felt good to talk to the staff as well as understand the distances and places of interest. currency exchange is there nearby either from a bank or ATMs and loads of shopping places around.
