Roll Bar café&restaurant — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

in the beginning, I want to thank the managers of this institution for the quick response, for the situation described below, I hope this situation does not happen again

Good afternoon! Today we were at your cafe at the address Обилиһев венац 1, Београд . We made an order and sat down at a table outside, asked the waiter to open an umbrella because the sun was shining, to which we received a rude answer - no, when asked why, we received the answer that there is no in Serbia means no!! and we are not in Russia to ask to do something! although we have nothing to do with Russia, a person incites ethnic strife. We very often went to your cafe , but after this completely offensive behavior in our direction, we will not come back here! The waiter was without a badge, tall, thin build, as his name is unknown. Please deal with this waiter ! This person spoils the whole attitude...

Stopped by this cafe randomly while walking in downtown Belgrade. First off I would say i was pleased with our bill of 10 euros for 2 specialty coffees and two meals. The pasta was freshly made and had plenty of sauce. Quality ingredients and same can be said for the coffee. My only reason for the 4 stars is the service. I felt the staff took too long to take orders / clean our table.

We were sitting there for about 2 hours and the waiter took at least an hour to clear our ashtray/coffees before we ordered food. True story. Otherwise place is top notch!!

P.S I also added a pic of the menu and the wifi password. Please note the password is actually lower case not lower case like in the menu :) I would suggest changing the router pwd to uppercase to...

They have two small outdoor areas, covered by umbrella. They have an indoor area in two floors, which can get bust during evenings.

The service was very friendly, they worked with us to order breakfast right at the deadline of noon.

For food we ordered: Eggs Benedict with salmon 580RSD. (4.5 stars) The eggs were a bit overcooked and the amount of salmon on it was small (the meal is not expensive so understandable). The side salad was fantastic.

Roll breakfast 610RSD: (3.5 stars). The sausages were pretty bad, the rest of the meal was good, nothing stood out as amazing.

With a sparkling water and a coffee the bill...
