Read moreI have rarely had such a negative experience as the one I had at this place. The staff were extremely rude and didn't seem to care the least bit about the customers well being. When I asked a simple question, I was met with an annoyed tone and a nonchalant attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
What made the situation even worse was that the staff started arguing with other customers. It was embarrassing and inappropriate to witness them raising their voices and being rude to other guests. This created an unpleasant atmosphere and ruined the whole experience.
Service was pretty much non-existent, and it felt like the staff would rather avoid helping than do their job. I understand that working in the service professions can be stressful, but there is no excuse for treating customers this way.

Read moreWe have entered the restaurant, two ladies with 2 kids. The waiter was already rolling his eyes, clearly annoyed that we are not 'his type of customers'.He asissted us to the table that was secluded even though the place was empty on a working day. After few minutes I have directed the kids to the toilet and waiter stopped me and said, litterally :"Can you keep it down a notch". I couldn't believe what I heard, that someone is able to speak like that to a woman, let alone to a customer of a restaurant so I just stood with my eyes wide open and he repeated the exact same words in Serbian " Moze malo tise gospodjo!" Referring to me! Not to a kid! I have left shaking from the level of audacity, aksed for a manager who wasn't available. I shared my experience with another staff (gentelman with earings) so that he is aware of his colleague behaviour. Basic human politeness and respect to a lady with a kid..No quality of food can fill up for...
