It fair to say that I have never dealt with such a rude and aggressive hotel owner in my life (and I have visited several continents, stayed in many places).
We chose the object because of its opinions, its modern appearance and also the distance from the center. Reservation ensured that payment is made at the property upon check-in. After arriving at the facility +/- 7 pm (official check in between 3 pm and 10 pm) it turned out that the owner had already charged my card. When politely asked about it, the owner aggressively explained that he was charging the money following the standard procedure of checking the account in the event of a lack of funds or not showing up (despite the fact that there were 3 hours left to check in!!!).
After several requests for clarification why did he take the payment before arrival, he started to shout, reversed the bank charge, canceled my reservation (because I would leave him a negative opinion) and asked us out of the hotel in a vulgar manner (giving the reason for cancellation, insufficient funds on the card)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. A hotel without a soul, without atmosphere and positive energy, but above all with the worst customer service i ever experienced.
I wouldn't wish such a situation to anyone in the middle of the night in another country. You may loses the faith...
Read moreLocation: close to the city centre many restaurants and shops close by. Service: -5 star like previous reviews as for communications with staff when it comes to pay they know easy how to speak English, but when it comes to ask for support on maintenance or other hotel services or outside references in city need to relay on either networking within hotel guests or Google maps recommended on your personal queries, Constantly needed work with Google translate to solve my situation upon all the above. Not to mentioned the jacuzzi at the rooms just decorating while the in public one informed working on day which we couldnt reach out , while other days no one was occupied and was inform not available. When working in frontal services qualification for the minimal requirements for the role is the bare minimum. This means communications, language support and be able to be available, no one was on front desk 90% of the time throughout the day ( different hours).
Rooms:
Rooms were fantastic spacious and had all the amenities needed. Small kitchenette huge storage space for clothes, shoes and everything else you imagine. Cleaning nealy daily but not changing bed sheets nor towels just vacuuming and...
Read moreI lost count how many times I stayed in this lovely art hotel. This time I stayed in small double room, which was perfect for me. All the rooms and communal spaces are exceptionally clean and well designed with top quality furnishings and decorations. Every room has got exactly what is needed for this day travellers incl.good wifi and TV with many international channels. I opted for breakfast which has got quite a few fresh, home cooked and cold dishes, juices and tea/coffee.Excellent value for money. In spite of the fact that hotel is in town centre and within walkable distance to restaurants and shops, it is very peaceful. I stayed during hot weather spell, but huge window, when opened, was enough to cool the room down. Car park space is great, too. Family members, who owns hotel, are extremely helpful and absolutely lovely. Nothing is too much. As in the past, I would highly recommend this hotel without...
