If you looking for budget place to stay in Liptovsky Mikulas and you don't mind share your bathroom and toilet then it's the place for you.|Room was good very warm feather duvets kepps you warm during call winter nights.|Great location 1 km or 10 min walk in straight line to train or bus station.|10 min walk to central square or all pubs and restaurants. Basically 10 min walk to everywhere , ski buss , supermarkets. The ownerer speaks Slovakian but as I speak Polish we had no problem communicating , very helpful lady gave us maps , told us where is all what we needed. There is a place downstairs where you can leave your ski equipment. |Half of a time we stays there there was empty room next to ours and the toilet was only for us . There is also a kitchen for you to use if you want to store food in fridge ,cook something or just eat...

First of all I have to mention that the host was trying to be really helpful, really nice lady but she couldn't speak any foreign language. .. When we booked the place seemed like a good option for the money, but the reality was totally different. Old house with some falling sliding doors, most of the things were worn out, at least 40 years old, at least 10 air fresheners around but couldn't hide the smell. Someone from our group got a stuck toilet and after that and taking in consideration the cleanness I tried not to use the toilet. Old smelling towels, awful kitchen with dent glasses, a stowe that we didn't think exist anymore. If you have a look to the vacuum cleaner you'll get a clue how clean was everything. One day I got ski injured but even so I just couldn't spend my day laying into that rat hole. Backyard view nice...
