Blue Mountain Guest House — Hotel in Blouberg

Well, our stay was ok. The owner is very friendly and the staff as well.||All that is really needed is provided, a place to sleep and shower. Luckily we aren't that keen on tv, I think the signal isn't that great as all the channels except 2 are very "snowy". Beds, do need to change, they are done for, the pillows as well, 2 pillows in one casing, very hard. They do need changing. Cleanliness in our rooms were fine. The communal kitchen we didn't really use, cutlery, glasses etc do need changing as well. The fridge were quite dirty and the freezer part to. Cleaning cloths and sponges need replacing they are also done for. ||Overall, wasn't that bad, but will definitely not return. The place looks beautiful but how myself amd family were treated was horrific i paid alot of money at this place only to be told because of a neighbor we need to leave this was our home away from home experience i was told we need to quiet down by ten bit still told in the morning to leave we had no privacy cause owners would just come and walk in the place unannounced i would suggest no one goes to this place we were 14 people and occupied a few rooms how can you let a neighbor have a say in yoir business she threatend to call the police i honestly think this people are racist pathetiv putrid service i had to spend extra money on transpory back home which theu refused to reimburse according to the husband we made a noise in broad day light mind you how can i expect to...

I recently stayed at Blue mountain guest house and I can honestly say if I were to come back to Cape Town I would definitely stay here again hands down! The lady I dealt with Dina, welcomed me with open arms and I was well looked after! The actual accommodation is spotless and the ladies who tend to you are polite and always happily greet! Which always makes a stay a lot more pleasant dealing with happy people! It was great to take a dip in the crystal clear pool after a hot summers day! I cannot wait to come back to Cape Town!
