The place itself is well maintained with modern elements to it.

Unfortunately, it came with cracks and non functional elements. Specifically a few of the windows, tiles and the bubble bathtub didn't work nicely.

There's a lot of foot traffic that goes past the place, and to get to the town square, you're introduced with a steep uphill; Making it inconvenient to walk or drive.

Beautiful view from the balcony and the interior of the rooms create a sense of luxury😍 Very well equipped guesthouse and even had an air fryer oven. There is also a jungle gym and swing set for the kids to play on. Eden has an inverter, which ensures that all of the lights are on during loadshedding and the tv, dstv, and wifi also remains on. Guesthouse is walking distance from the square, which includes most of the town's shops and restaurants. GREAT value...

This is a GEM in Clarens. 1st thing I noticed was the lovely garden with all the nice little surprise corners and decor. When you enter the units you smell rose fragrance.
