We stayed in the Penthouse (Unit 98) for two nights, and we were absolutely blown away. The space is beautifully open, with a homely yet modern feel, stylish furniture, and thoughtful decor throughout. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom were stunning — it felt like a luxury hotel, but with all the comfort of home.||||The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing break, and would work just as well for a business trip. Location-wise, it’s ideal — just an 8-minute drive from Monte Casino with plenty of entertainment and restaurants nearby, as well as other shopping malls.||||What really exceeded our expectations was the staff. When the coffee machine had an issue, they had it replaced within 10 minutes — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring service.||||Check-in and check-out were seamless and quick. Read moreWe took a 2-Bedroomed Executive Apartment - it was clean, well-appointed/equipped and the CAG staff were really helpful. ||Great location being 5mins drive from The Nicolway shopping centre (Tasha's, WW and many other shops) and Sloane Square shops (Sloans biltong butchery and Colonel barber shop)||The apartment had a working space, a large dining table, and balcony for the great African sunsets. Bathrooms are well appointed, bedrooms comfortable with block out curtains. TV lounge was very comfortable.||Kitchen equipment was great - gas cooker, oven, microwave, air fryer coffee machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster etc. Washing machine and dryer. As I said we requested feedback on our missing items over a timeline during our 1 month stay with you as well as after check out. At both times we were met with apathy. You have a handful of staff working the apartment. An internal concern should be easily investigated.
