The manager here is so rude, arrogant and disrespecrfull it's disgusting His behavior towards customers and his female cahsiers is repulsive. His complete lack of customer service and tact when we had a an issue is appallingly unacceptable
When we asked him if we should rather lay a complaint at Head Office he advised us to 'go ahead, this is South Africa, it doesnt matter, wont affect me'.
When we asked the female cashier and PPC on duty if this is how he treat all customers and female co-workers they advise us that 'this is how it is'
Sies Woolworths
We did our shopping and took items that state 'take any 2 for 20% discount'. All items from the same shelve and with the same stickers. At the till the PPC on duty attempted to assist us after the special didn't show due to incorrect display and item placing at the shelves in store. (Usually at Woolworths this quickly and easily resolved)
They call the manager who outright tried to lecture us, verbally arrogant and treating us and his cashiers who is trying to uphold the Woolworths brand like trash
This manager is putting the Woolworths brand name in disrespute and have zero customer service ability and does not belong in such a store position especially the way he speak to woman customers and co-workers.

I believe it was supposed to be the stripped long bacon but I was served ragged short ,toned apart pieces of bacon.In the beginning I ordered Americano(I was given filtered coffee, instead) with hot milk and the waitress brought cold milk. I asked her for hot milk and I said um not going to enjoy it with cold milk.She frowned and said but you did not say you want hot milk. And I said ok I believe this is the attitude problem our African staff always have with some African customers.you will see a waiter/waitress willing and going all out for a White customer, smiling but when he/she turns to an African customer all that good customer service will disappear. I am pretty sure that this not what Woolworths restaurant stands for , it is just a poor silly behaviour of my people. That bacon I think I ate 1 or 2 then I realised that wow! what's this um eating. Invariably they donโt have stock of items not marked as out of stock on their shopping page so I only find out on delivery that the item is not in stock with the shopper never giving me the opportunity to ask for a substitute. Their stock management is shocking. But the most frustrating issue is that they simply never deliver on time and trying to contact Dash customer service is impossible - they ignore messages, emails and phone calls. I do not get response to messages or emails and can never get through on the phone - have been kept holding for an hour only for them to cut the call. Atrocious service in almost every respect from order through delivery to a non existent...
