Location **some work needs to be done about this hotel the outside it's not welcome looks unsafe and dodgy....a sign needs to be put outside branded with the name of the lodge...it's looks like some construction work happen.the drive way behind the hotel made me to be also uncomfortable and not feeling safe...
Rooms NB* no key but a lock?that looks like a suitcase lock?very unsafe and for a family the room had no bathrooms inside but you share a bathroom :-(
All this made to be uncomfortable and I didn't sleep in I just canceled my booking immediately to find another accommodation even so I would like the owner to accept good or bad reviews and amend where she can but not threatened guest to remove bad reviews online and threatened to take them to court that's not acceptable.

Read moreSafety is a huge concern because the main gate was left open throughout. There is no housekeeper to assist with cleaning. Some of the doors can't be locked.We were not informed that there would be a family of day visitors that left the place dirty and ate our groceries without our permission. The matter was reported to John "the manager" who ran away without attending to our complaints. The pool is dirty, the bedding is old, worn and smelly. 5 rooms have to share one bathroom and some bedrooms have no windows. Kefiloe was very rude and unwelcoming. Pests like roaches, mice and mosquitoes roam freely. Water and electricity crisis with no backup. Lots scraps and broken stuff. Pontso was very helpful and kind. Pontso was overworked but still kept his cool. Nthabiseng was extra friendly to the males but rude to the ladies and gave us a dirty and smelly blanket. Shape up...
Read moreThey need to have big signs of the guest house and where the entry is. When we got in, there was also no sign of where reception is and the one lady seemed confused when we were checking in. We were asked for proof of booking and confirmation of payment. They need to have a better check in system as it seemed like they didn't know who they were expecting. Our dorm smelled like pee and the plastic on the mattresses made so much noise.
