Very very very disappointed, placed an order with a lady called Gugu and everything was confirmed. An hour later I call the shop and they mentioned that they are offline and cannot assist me, I advised that I had already placed an order and the lady named Thandi or Thandeka said that if I didn't get an SMS after the call then my order did not go through. Nobody had the decency to let me know that my order is not going to be delivered or anything as I could not guess that an SMS has to be sent in order to confirm the order as I spoke to the agent and she took my order. This is poor customer service and never ever will I support this shop again. It's lockdown season and restaurants close early and because I had no warming I can't even order anywhere else as it's now close to...

Debonairs Kensington: Telephonic order and when I called back exactly 20 seconds later to correct a mistake (the size was incorrect), I was told it was too late. How can a Sub be made in 20 seconds? And I hadn't paid for it yet. Very unfair and disappointing that I should pay for something that was a mere human mistake. Used to be a bimonthly if not weekly customer at Debonairs Kensington.. not anymore ! Called and spoke to the operator.. confirmed my order, price, time of delivery (45 mins), etc and an hour and 15 mins later, I call the store to confirm where my delivery is and they told me I never placed the order !!!!!!!!! The Operator then calls me back to tell me that my order failed to reach the store; only after I had called and hour and 15mins later.. noting that she knew it failed at the time but didn’t bother to let me know !!!!
