Hazelonz Guest House — Hotel in Gauteng

We visited the guest house and we were not pleased with the service. Staff members having parties till late and not respecting the guests. They ended up physically attacking the security of the place. We had to call the police around 2am in the morning. Shower doors are broken and blankets are very dirty. Not enough cutlery in the rooms. Toilets are broken and not working properly. The cars are not safe because gates are opened until early hours. The employees friends arrive here at early hours with other people, causing the the cars not to be safe. The friends then tell the guests that they are part of management and that some of them reside on the premises for more then six months. One of the staff members mentioned that she is the daughter of the owner of the place which is not true. Pictures on the website are not a true reflection of the place. I doubt I'd recommend anyone to visit the guest house. Rooms are not very nice. Only a few of the rooms have air conditioning and you suffer during summer.
