I had the privilege of staying at On 9th Guesthouse in Linden due to a location shoot we were working on, and I was truly fortunate to have had this opportunity, as I am from the Free State. On 9th is a hidden gem—a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful, tranquil surroundings, even while being in the heart of Gauteng.

The facilities are outstanding, offering both comfort and elegance, but what truly sets this guesthouse apart is the incredible hospitality. The owner is one of the kindest and most accommodating people I have ever met. As a wheelchair user, finding truly accessible and welcoming accommodation can be challenging, yet the owner went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. I cannot express enough gratitude for the kindness, generosity, and effort that made my stay so enjoyable.

Fair to say that "booking glitch" is a cop out. Why is it so easy for service providers to blame their short-comings on non-human errors these days? I call bluff. I believe you found a better deal and had no problem leaving someone in despair while they are planning one of THE MOST IMPORTANT EVENTS of their life. "Oh I'm sorry it is what it is". Sure. Let's tell the airlines about your problem and see if the traveling guests get compensated for your "technical glitch". You don't seem to understand the bigger picture here. You've left an entire group of people in a horrible situation, one week before your paid commitment. It's gross, I hope people see this.
