If 0 was an option I would give that.Clearly their star rating needs to be reviewed.In a 4 star hotel,you don't walk into a room with a non functioning aircon,room was west facing,sun through the window the whole day.Fridge not working,toilet making sounds and not functioning properly.Vending machine not working,and you can't buy cold water.First complained,was promised maitenance is on their way as we speak,6 hours later,still nothing fixed,just in the same condition.When I complained again,and requested another room or hotel,they claimed all rooms fully booked,until they said there might be 1 room,but they need to confirm if everything is working,really??Why wasn't anything confirmed before they booked us into the initial room??Worst experience of my life in a Hotel,we ended up leaving in the middle of the night,as no one will be able to stand the temp in the room we had and worst of all,you couldn't even open the windows.
I am still waiting for a refund,they refused to refund us and refused to give the contact details of the manager.
Don't book with this hotel,they are not up standard and definitely not a 4 star place.This is unacceptable and they expect you to just accept everything,even their lack...

I have booked and paid for four rooms using Agoda, but the reception told me their system shows booking only for 3 rooms and even when I showed her the booking receipt she told me the hotel is fully booked and looked at me as if it's my fault and she can't do anything. She than asked if I want to speak to the manager. Of course I want to speak to the manager what else she expect me to do? Find another hotel? The manager came and the service is better arranged another room without asking. Makes me wonder how he can get the missing room when the hotel is fully booked? The room given to me has a faulty safe. When I called the reception they said they said I'll need to change room if I want to use the safe and have to go down to the reception again. My experience with other hotel is they will either inform guest in advance of faulty safe or send a reception over to change key without having me to go down to the reception again. Read moreI unfortunately had the worst stay last weeknd. 3rd November to 5th November. My bathroom and toilet was in a terrible condition. After i complained it still wasnt cleaned. My toilet wasnt flushing and was blocked. I left the hotel at 11 on the 4th for an appointment and got back at 4pm to find my room and bathroom still not cleaned. They then offered to change my room and i had to rush off to an event . I got back at 3am and still nothing was done in that room . By then i thought its 3am i dont want to move but i still couldn't use my horrific toilet. So at 4am i was moving to another room. To top it off before i left on Saturday afternoon to my function they wanted to move me but i was leavimg so they already gave my room to another guest. I came out the shower in my towel and suddenly a man openz my door and there i was in a towel. Most embarrassed and Highly annoyed.
