I had my wedding at this venue on April 26th. While the location itself was beautiful, the service was absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. The food arrived extremely late and was served in the most disorganized way imaginable—only six guests were served at a time. By the time food reached the tables, it was cold, and the portions kept getting smaller with each round. We had 100 guests, yet not even 60 were properly served with both food and dessert.

Dessert was served the same chaotic way—sporadically and inconsistently. Staff began placing desserts on empty tables after many guests had already left due to the painfully slow service, only to remove them again 15 minutes later. To make matters worse, the venue had double-booked the space, forcing us to pack up and leave abruptly—cutting our celebration short.

They were clearly understaffed and unprepared for an event of this size. For what was supposed to be one of the most memorable days of our lives, the level of service delivered was completely unacceptable. This was not just poor service—it was a failure.
