If I could give the debonairs in Knysna 0 stars I would. Upon ordering a pizza Saturday 8 July both my partner and I got food poisoning. Seeing as the debonairs was the only food both of us had eaten for the whole day it is only logical that the food poisoning was caused by the food from their franchise. The so called manager is extremely unwilling to help, when I requested a refund, claiming that they had "tested" all 400 pizzas sold that day, which is a statement I found highly unlikely. Let this be an expensive lesson for everyone that you will pay for food that will make you ill with food poisoning, leaving you with extra costs to see a medical professional and loss of wages due to being unable to work. Ordered the on the tripple last night with an additional cappi juice(delivery) . Our order took and hour and 45 minutes to be delivered to us. When it got here we never received the cappi juice. Our one pizza was not in the bag that keeps the pizza warm so it was ice cold. To top it all off, the pizzas were burnt to the point where the cheese was dark brown and the outside edges where as hard as rocks. Only could eat like half of the pizzas and did not even have the juice that we ordered and paid for to swollow it down with. Terrible service they dont deserve a star at all. I understand they busy but to get ignored while you trying to find out about your order. We did an online order and 40 minutes later they had only started making the food. You get there and you get this terrible look as to say why I'm here and then they say your food isn't ready. That's fine but when you have to go 40 minutes later and they ignore you. Trying to get info. Then you see the kitchen ladies say they must still make it. Absolutely a disgrace. They will never see me there again. They deserve no stars and it's not the first time. Even in quiet times they mess up your orders...
