It is a very beautiful house with enough facilities for the amount of sleepers. My biggest problem was that there were only two remotes and one bunch of keys among 26 guests. The code at the gate didn't work so we were dependent on whoever has one of the remotes to be able to get in. That was a big frustration because we attended a conference at another place and everybody didn't follow the same day schedule. The other problem was that the doors are not marked like the keys, so to figure out in which of the at least six doors the "back door" or "kitchen door" for example fit (especially because the keys anyway must be wiggled to fit and open properly and some worked from the inside but not from the outside) was quite a mission. If you can put a name above every outside door to match with the keys, it will be a great help. And of course to have many more keys for so many families and fix the gate code or get more remotes! Very nice kitchen except that we run out of gass for the little gas stove top on the 3rd day. The wooden doors were oiled or stained with something without warning so my daughter by accident rubbed her brand-new sweater against it and got a permanent brown oil stain. Nice to be within walking distance from the waffle...

The setting is wonderful: nice and private with a beautifully maintained garden very lush vegetation all around, and walking distance to the beach. The place has so much space which is great for several families to stay at the same time. The pool and entertainment area is also fantastic.

What was very disappointing was the condition of the building. The roof leaked in 3 different places, and we almost slipped in the water from the leaks. The bottom floor is very musty with a lot of mould which is a health hazard. In my view the place shouldn’t allow guests until the damp and many other maintenance issues are sorted out.

The people and kids were scared of the snakes and Scorpions in and around the house. We had 2 incidents with snakes and 2 incidents with scorpions.Thank God no1 got bitten,There was a broken window as well that was not replaced leaving everyone paranoid. The house inside had a damp smell to it and the bunk beds were not comfortable at all. I would never book this place again and would not recommend it to...
