Hi The owners Bills Best Beachhouse, there was nothing more than we wanted than to get out of the beachhouse and get another accommodation byr the service manager assured us this was not possible in anyway. We had requested this after a number of items were stolen from th from of the house. Security is non existent as the house opens up to veld on tge back with no fence dividing it from a broken down house a few metres away.We desperately wanted to leave but we're assured there was nothing else avalable. Our desire to leave was not only the disgusting house but the security situation. He called himself the office manager and I don't tell his name. Internet also didn't work and office staff were rude and said there Internet also did not work. Shocker - broken oven, broken dishwasher, blocked drain, fridges need replacing or re-gassing, pool needed water. Highlight was Winny the cleaner who kept the place clean; low, lowlight - dishwasher and fridges still not repaired when we checked out. Lowest light - after posting about it to their Facebook page (as requested on check in letter) they reply 'pity i didn't first give them a chance to repair' meanwhile it’s a pity they are hiring the property out in a state of disrepair while displaying (apparently very old) 3 stars from the tourism grading council and then failing to repair the fridges and dishwasher.
