Labori Ballito — Hotel in KwaDukuza Local Municipality

Poor accomodation. No aircon. No dstv. Needs revamp like 20 years ago. 3 days in and geyser no longer working so we as guest need to help to fix it! Noisy while they busy renovating 2 other apartments. Noisy and extremely frustrating. Not a holiday breakawy but rather a frusyration from your own comfortable home. Braai area at back of building so 2 floors down with stairs and around building to get to braai area. I will Never recommend Labori to anyone and definitely will not come back again. How nice it is to be staying at Labori again! The buildings have received some extensive repairs, replacements of most of the sea facing windows, alot of repaired plaster work, painting, inside & outside & alot maintenance and we are told alot more still to be done! Always so easy to walk straight to the beach, close to restaurants very spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms for 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge with TV and huge outside Veranda's pluss slock up garages,...

Unfortunately I'm going to have to give a 1/5. Best location in Ballito, for sure. 2min walk to main swimming beach, 5min to shops and night life... BUT this place has not been upgraded in 40 years!!! No air-con, literally got the slowest wifi TODAY only, no DSTV, cold pool, old old old everything. Sorry, painting a shell and calling it a welcome package...🤨 This is 2021. Hosts are hosts, and friendly enough, but Labori is NOT worth the money. EVERYTHING is outdated....
