We arrived on Wednesday night, for a 2 night stay. On arrival. Greeted by sorta friendly staff. In the room we stayed. The safe doesn't work, went to ask family in the room next door... Theirs also didn't work.. Went to ask at reception and we're told that the safes don't work.. Great security for having laptops and cash with us...... Our bedroom window had no latch, asked about that too as it was constantly banging.... We're told someone would fix the next morning... Nothing... The tv had poor quality cracking sound and a huge mark on the top right . The fridge had someone's lunchbox in it that took up all the allocated space 1st morning... Let's eat at the restaurant... Breakfast for 50 bucks... Wow .. Consisting of a Vienna size sausage, some scrambled eggs, we wanted fried, but we're told "the machine to make fried eggs is broken." Ever heard of a pan mmmm???? If anyone does read this, this hotel is fine for a quick one night stay.. Personally I will never stay here again

Threadbare and noisy. The room was spartan and the fittings were basic and very worn. I paid R810 for the night and it was nowhere near worth it. Note the headboard, the bedside table, the shower that's actually in the bedroom. Not shown in the pic are the spills on the bedside table (I'm praying they were just coffee...) The place was noisy late into the night and early in the morning. Only Rocoffy and creamer to drink. Yuk.

A nice place to stay in, we had a good time with my friend. She really liked the place. Their service was good. The rooms were in a good condition 👌 😌 The receptionist was good, I love everything ❤️

Hi i purchased this daddys deal from a friend cos she couldnt make it to come....a big mistake cos what was on the internet and what we got was pathetic.Firstly when we got here the maid didnt know what she was doimg anyway led us to the room...i asked her what facilities has the hotel got and she said nothing except a room.Secondly when the guy came to the room i asked him for the free wifi he said it only works at the bottom...so where in the bottom do you sit and use your wi....Thirdly i asked the guy if he could givee 2 of the same glasses to drink from and he came back with a clear glass and anoda small blue glass which i wonder was the maids cos it was so dirty....for a hotel there should be clean glasses in the room. Fourthly the towels that were given to us was hand towels nt bath towels or sheets...when asked for anoda blanket the maid said she does not have anoda one.Nw is the service a hotel offers...i wouldnt even pay 400.00 jus to sleep let alone pay 1000 a nite...i have bought many daddys deals before bt not pathetic hotels like what you potray to be a 4 star hotel on the internet with all the pics that ypu have on there is lies.My partner and i are professional people im a nurse and he a lawyer we dont need this pathetic service. When i wanted my money back the maid that was here said we cant have it and i still said to the guy this was pathetic...if i wanted a room only i would have elsewhere. My partner will be taking this up further for all the false pics that are been put on the internet...a very...

When an establishment uses the name hotel in its name, one would assume that it is a establishment which is registered as a hotel type accommodation with the tourism board. I made a booking based on my assumption but was horribly wrong. I made a booking on booking.com. We pulled into the parking lot and the first concern was staff were not dressed in a uniform, there ironing boards and remotes in the reception. My wife waited in the car while I checked in, the receptionist refused to give me a receipt for the full payment made. The next major concern was a crude sign which stated that there was a R500 fine if any guests were found with alcohol in their possession. We went to our room via a dark corridor, the room was ok but is faced the car park. Before unpacking, I called and made a booking at a genuine 3 star hotel at the same price. We were given a partial refund but frankly all I wanted to do was get out of this establishment. Be very wary when booking in this...
