Mkhandi Self Catering — Hotel in Musgrave

My family and I booked in April 2023,and paid in full for our stay on the 30 June 2023,to our Disappointment they apparently couldn't accommodate us, received a watsapp message from Nolanthando on Thursday at 14h41 .We were left stranded ,and she never took any calls from us ....totally unprofessional I have contacted her numerous times during the weeks before our arrival and she confirmed our payment. According to Nolanthando the place was flooded, but when we called the place checking availability the Guy said they were fully operational and booked, What lies, and unprofessionalism displayed by the owners, they had no decency to even find alternate...

This place is sold as a well run unit but my experience is somewhat different from what shown. Guests have to pay the maid to clean the unit they stay in from their own pocket (R100) for every day the maid comes to clean. There are no towels in each room, you have to rent towels at an additional cost of R300. Bed linen is not changed frequently, (you have to call the owner to make arrangements for it to be done) even so it is not done properly and is...

Do not fall for this place its a scam they took R13000 of mine when we arrived there the place closed down in September, they even blocked my numbers, u have massed with the wrong person, u will refund me my money scammers

I really dont know why is this place still on booking sites it need to be flagged n i reported this to the police and I opened a case against them, do not fall for this shirt...
