Elfen Guesthouse — Hotel in Prince Albert Local Municipality

The Owner omitted to inform us that we will be staying next to a very active building site that is right in our front door We hade zero privacy and could not enjoy the outside area as people were watching us from 08h00 till 17h00. We had to keep the door and blind closed and "hide" inside. No fault to the team doing their work but the owner did nit tell us because we definately would not have stayed there knowing the situation. In July we moved from Joburg to Franschhoek and stopped over night in the beautiful and quaint town of Prince Albert. We've spent time in Prince Albert a couple of times over the years but our stay at Elfen House was by far the best ever. This charming home met every need, the outside area is sublime with a peak of the mountains over the wall. We braaied, watched the Springboks beat Wales and enjoyed the peace and tranquillity. Since we booked until our departure the host Rene was in communication with us. The house was awesome. We felt welcome since we entered the house. The attention to detail in each room is refreshing. The splash pool outside were awesome as we were there in one of the warmest days in summer. The aircon in both bedrooms also helped a lot. I highly recommend Elfen House....
