We had the most warm, welcoming and comfortable stay for our first five days in Cape Town at the Mediterranean Villa. |Sabrina and the rest of the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, from arranging tickets to visit Table Mountain to cooking breakfast eggs to perfection. |Every detail in and around the property is thought out and beautifully maintained. The gardens and pool are inviting and relaxing. We spent a whole lazy day around the pool escaping the heat and crowds in the city.|The breakfast is a wonderful selection of a cold buffet with several different types of artisan breads, pastries, cheeses, meats and spreads. Along with a variety of cereals, juices, fruit, nuts and seeds. Plus hot food: eggs, bacon and omelettes. On Valentineâs Day the tables were set with rose petals, red serviettes and heart shaped chocolates. It was delightful.|The room was not only tastefully and beautiful decorated, it was immaculately clean with a pristine modern en-suite.|There is a very generously stocked honesty bar where you can purchase a selection of cold and hot drinks.|We felt well cared for and totally safe and secure at the Mediterranean Villa, all thanks to the genuinely heartfelt service from the wonderful staff.    Read moreI need more space to describe the fantastic stay I had in Mediterranean Villa. It was a short 1 night and I wish I could stay there âforeverâ.
I stayed 1 night first week of September.
Everything was right, from the welcoming, to the room quality, the whole villa making me feel like home.
The breakfast was such a beauty for the eyes, and delicious, a Mediterranean lovely colorful composition with rose petals, handmade marvelous jam and juices.
I must insist, I had the best breakfast EVER, because it was a homemade one made with love!
I enjoyed everything and I rarely spread into long reviews about hotels.
The host is an amazing person, even thought I exchanged few words and had nice discussions, he definitely make you feel welcomed.
(I am usually not friendly with pets, but his dog somehow liked me :))
If I ever come to Cape Town, count me...
Read moreAmazing!! I feel well rested and grateful after my stay at Mediterranean Villa in Tamboerskloof, Cape Town. The owners are respectful, caring, generous, and conversation with them is easy and entertaining. I liked the room, especially the shower. The main area and the room were fully equipped with everything that could be needed. And I slept really good! The bed was super comfortable! The owners and hosts value quality and quantity. This can especially be seen with the breakfast that is provided. Henry is a good cook and arranges the breakfast area beautifully in the morning. The building interior and exterior is cozy, clean, organic yet classy, and not cramped at all. The interior design is definitely very thought through. I would definitely go back to Med Villa! Big thank you to Ani and Henry...
