Not the best choice...like someone already mentioned, when we got to the airport and called to ask for the free pick up they told us they would come for us more than one hour later.
To be fair, we did get to the airport before check in time but we just wanted to take our luggage to the hotel and we asked them previously about this matter via email and they said there was no problem.
We ended up getting a taxi to the hotel for 7$ because we didnt want to waste our time.
However, probably the worst part about our stay was when we needed more help from the reception staff.
That same day, we only returned to the hotel late at night, around midnight, by taxi and for some reason the card reader of the driver didnt work properly and we had no more cash left since we were supposed to leave the country the very next day.
So when we asked the hotel staff for help to somehow solve the issue they firstly just told us to go to an ATM (when there was clearly nothing open around since it was the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere) and then when they found out we had foreign currency they very 'kindly' offered to exchange for a rate that earned them around 20$ comission.
Of course they were not obliged to help, but working in the service industry you'd think people would know better than this and than robbing off their own clients when they are in an unfavorable situation.
This left me with a really, really unpleasant feeling. And if this wasnt enough their beds are also incredibly uncomfortable.
Highly suggest you stay somewhere else where they offer better conditions and...

The shower has perfect pressure. Make sure the shower door is closed or the rest of the floor will be flooded. (Wasnāt draining well) the toiletries were perfect for what we needed. They have a cafe that serves various coffees and teas. The restaurant serves traditional Korean food. We chose the fried chicken that is made to order. Well worth the wait. Yum!!! Breakfast was a set meal of a cheese omelet, fruit cocktail, stir fried vegetables, and yogurt. Good but a bit cold due to the fact there was only one worker and she did 7 orders at once. This is the perfect place to come if you have a layover less than 24 hours and you need a place to crash for the night. It takes awhile to get here. You will need to take the shuttle from terminal two to terminal one which took about 30 minutes. Once you arrive, go to the informational desk and have them call the hotel for a free pick up. They will be there promptly in 10 minutes. Then itās about 10 minute ride to the hotel. The hotel is near the beach sounds husband and I took a brisk evening walk to the beach as the sun was setting. There are eateries and a couple of hotels up on the cliff and along the beach but nothing else. If youāre a coffee drinker, we walked by three within a 1/2 mile. We would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery very bad serviceš„² no one can speaks English, I decided to stay here because I saw reviews that said the staff could speak good English, but actually they don't have any staff can speaks English(or pretend don't know English). Any way, I don't recommend this place. The staff are face blind, I booked in website and went here at 19:00, when I try to check in, the staff used translation software to tell me that I had checked in with my friends this morning. So he refused to give me a room and refused to refund. Even though I had paid and had a complete order number. He insisted that another strange girl was my friend, refused to give me a room, and wanted me to share the room with a strange girl. It was horrible horrible memoryš„² out side was snowing, I was so so tired and hungry, I have an early flight the next morning but I can't get any rest. After almost an hour, he reluctantly gave me the key card and refused to apologize. So please please don't choose hereš„². If you look like someone else, he will refuse your check in. Or, even if you booked and paid two rooms with your friends, he will not provide you with two rooms. Really don't know what to say, disgusting life...
