황해해물칼국수 2호점 — Restaurant in Incheon

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. First the "seafood" kalgooksoo is a bit misleading. It's closer to clam and scallop kalgooksoo with a few shrimps. Its kalgooksoo is dried Pollock based stock. It's light and clean stock. Overall the noodle dish was very good and portions were generous. We ordered 3 servings for a party of 4 and couldn't finish. This is very busy place and after I'm initial serving of side dishes, additional servings are self served. It's kimchi was average even though kalgooksoo restaurants tend to offer good kimchi.

We visited for lunch on Sat and had to wait ~20-25 mins. While this kind of wait isn't uncommon in Korea for a popular restaurant, I don't think it's worth...

일요일 오후 2시에 방문했고 30 분 정도 기다린 것 같습니다. 밥먹으면서 봤는데 3시 정도까지도 대기실은 꽉 차있더라구요. 오히려 저녁이 더 한산한 것 같습니다.

주차장은 꽤 넓은데 사람이 너무 많아서 자리가 넉넉치는 않아요. 그래도 안내해주시는 분이 계셔서 주차하기에 어렵진 않습니다. 가게앞이 왕복 2차선이라서 조금 복잡한데 주차장입구에서 안내해주시는대로 대기하고 주차하시면 됩니다.

주문은 대기중에 미리 받으셨어요. 일행중 한분은 대기실에 계셔야 합니다.

자리 들어가서는 5분 정도 기다리고 음식이 나온것같습니다. 음식은.. 조개는 확실히 많았던 것 같아요. 신선했고 양도 충분히 많았습니다. 모래가 안씹힌다는 리뷰들이 있는데 저는 조금은 씹혔던거같아요 (크게 불편하진 않았습니다). 음식맛은 저에겐 그리 특별하진않았습니다. 굳이 찾아와서 먹어야하는맛인지는 잘 모르겠네요. 칼국수랑 김치의 조화도 중요한데 김치가...
