Comfort Inn Yeouido — Hotel in Seoul

We stayed for six nights, and every other day there was something unprofessional about the housekeeping and the service.

On the first day, we noticed the mirror was dirty. We asked the front desk for help with cleaning it, and the staff member just stared at us and nodded. When we returned to our room, we found what appeared to be bathroom cleaner on the sink. Whether it was intentional or not, it was extremely unprofessional.

On the fourth day, we didn’t have any slippers, and the top shelf was dusty. We discovered this because when we put our clothes on the shelf, they got covered in dust. On the last day, we found out that they had swapped the shampoo with conditioner. It was late, so we couldn’t ask the front desk to assist with this issue, and we had to wash our hair with shower gel.

Additionally, there were no soundproofing at all. We could hear other people’s alarms from their rooms. If they “upgrade” your room, be sure it’s not next to the elevator, as you’ll hear noise every night and every morning.

لا انصح الفندق لعدم احترافيتهم في الاستقبال والخروج كان لدي حجز ٣ ايام في الفندق وتاخرت الطياره يوم ومددت يوم من تطلبق اجودا ودفعت المبلغ واخبرت الفندق قبلها ب ٢٤ ساعه وكانت الصدمه يجب ان تسجل خروج ساعه ١١ والدخول ساعه ٨ ليلا طيب انا عندي تمديد يوم ونفس الغرفه ورحلتي مع العايله وعندي غرفتين جنب بعض وسويت خروج بنفس اليوم وخذت جوله كامله لين ساعه ٨ بالليل ورجعت وعطوني غرفتين بادوار مختلفه ولا هي نفس الغرفه الاولى السرير تحته غبار وازعاج من الخارج وجنب الفندق في مبنى حكومي وفيه مشاكل يوميا ولا فتات

الفريق قرريب من الخدمات ولكن لا انصح فيه اسكن قريب الاسواق وادفع زياده ولا خساير التكاسي للاماكن السياحيه

موظف الاستقبال eden اتوقع اسمه كذا اساله وين المدير يقوول اجازه طيب تصررف ولا شي مايعرف ولا شي والثانيه emily كلهم ماعندهم احترافيه مع السياح
