‼️THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED FOR BLUESEA PISCUS, MANY GUESTS AGREED AND HAD SAME EXPERIENCE ‼️. This was quite possibly the WORST hotel my boyfriend and I have ever stayed in. As regular travellers, we know what to look for and expect from a hotel and hotel staff to enjoy a stay. We arrived on July 14 2024, in hopes to stay for a week. Prior to our arrival, I called the hotel twice to confirm our booking and also to request a double bed in our room rather than 2 singles pushed together as my boyfriend suffers from scoliosis. This request was not met at all. We were handed a regular metal key for our room, one of the 3 rooms in the hotel without a key card, which would’ve been fine if the room was up to scratch. It wasn’t. The top of the fridge was dirty with hairs and coffee stains, the shower head had little to no pressure and a mix of hot and cold water, with hair and stains in the bath. There was blood (women’s blood, I presume) on the side of the bed and a soiled underwear underneath the bed. Disgusting. When presenting all of these issues to reception staff who showed little to no remorse for these problems, as it was a Sunday they said a manager would be available to talk to tomorrow (Monday). Absolutely no compensation for this vile excuse for a hotel room. They said they’d “fix the issues” and have it ready when we got back from the pool. To our surprise, the same man who told us the manager was off work and would be back tomorrow, actually WAS the manager. The lies were a joke! This man told us “you pay for economy room, you get economy” ?? Make it make sense? This was not cheap to begin with, manners are at an all time low here. The staff are so unhelpful at all aspects of the hotel. Given pool towels Sunday morning when we arrived, told we could swap them Thursday, go to swap them and are told “we have no more so”. Breakfast is a solid 4/10 stars to be honest. The initial view of the hotel is gorgeous and clean, the rooms are so dated and old. It looks to me and others that I’ve spoke to that they have renovated the hotel and left the rooms, which makes sense as that element of laziness is matched with the way they treat their paying guests! Me and my boyfriend couldn’t wait to get out of this poor and sad...
Read moreMe and my Girlfriend stayed here for 5 days in Oct 25 and the weather was great, around 24'C ☀️
The hotel was so clean, tidy and always had a lovely fragrance throughout the hotel. Our room was perfect and the staff were very nice especially housekeeping 8)
The pool and surrounding areas within the hotel were great including a small modern gym - there is so much space to relax on the ground floor (x2 pool table too) or down stairs also by the inside pool bar . The Hotel location was perfect right near the gorgeous Port of Alcudia, easy reach of beach bars, pubs/bars, shops and restaurants.
There is also boat excursions available at the port to visit parts of Alcudia, ranging from 2, 3, 4 or 5hr trips depending what you like.
We did the 2 hour trip (28 euro each for adults/around £50 for us 2) from the port taking us round towards Platja Aucanada (a lovely island light house) and beyond - the boat does anchor allowing you to swim in the sea or slide (only small) into the sea, which some of the families kids did whilst we was on board, great for the kids, they so enjoyed it.
There was a bar on the boat serving chips, burgers, hotdogs, beer, pop and ice-creams, the prices was not really expensive either which is good as was expecting they would be. (pint of estrella just under £5, chips around £2.25)
The boat trips does pick up other passengers from the Alcudia long Beach which is on the right side looking out from the port (the boat trips does allow picking up time so you do actually get the allocated time of 2hrs or the type of trip you do).
Alcudia old town is only around a 15 min walk away or a short drive and is packed full of history of the gorgeous church of St Jaume (surrounding by a medieval walls with little shops/bistro cafes/bars within) with bars, shops, lovely restaurants and the occasional events.
On certain days the town hosts a packed buzzing market all this is definitely worth a visit, especially on the evening of how lovely it looks all lit up with the lights.

Read moreStayed in September 2016. Hotel is clean and functional, and the beach, marina, shops and restaurants, are a 5 minute stroll away. There are no tv's in the hotel and even though I went half board, I didn't eat in apart from one morning. Had breakfast at the smugglers British pub just next door, and ate at the boathouse for breakfast and dinner after that. Highly recommend visiting the boathouse if you're a Brit. Only a few minutes from the beach, which is amazing by the way!! White sandy beaches and gorgeous blue sea!! Look out for the Dakota restaurant and go past it. The boathouse is on the next right if your coming from the marina end, halfway down the street. Hosts are so lovely. The night time entertainment in the hotel was alright actually, and there were different events on most nights. The only downside were the walls were thin, and unfortunately on the first night I had selfish neighbours who insisted on being extremely loud with their guests in the room. It was 3.30 in the morning and had to complain to management who sorted it out with a visit, so that was good. The major downside for me was that I was situated on the side of the hotel next to the smugglers British pub and the shamrock Irish pub which are next door to each other. In the early hours of the morning, it was like being in the bar myself. I had very little sleep. I was either awoken by the noise then couldn't settle back off, or it went on so long that I couldn't go to sleep. There are apartments above the bars, and I don't know how the locals could stand it if they have to go to work!! Saying all that, for the location and functionality of the rooms which were basic but clean, I would definitely return again, although insist on being away from the side where the...
