We booked for a 90 minute tour for myself and my teenage son at AlcudiaJets. I found their prices to be the most reasonable out of the many choices around Alcudia so decided to go with them. They provided the wet suits and life jackets for your experience at no extra cost which is great. Our tour guide was a lovely guy called Pep. This was our first time on a Jet-Ski and he made sure to explain and demonstrate safety and proper use of the Jet-ski before we headed out putting us at ease before the tour. The overall tour was amazing and definitely worth the money. I would also recommend to pay the extra money for the pictures as they provided so many photos and some videos of the experience and was definitely worth the extra €20. Pep would check on us regularly on our tour making sure we were okay Throughout, he even went above and beyond to allow myself to have a ride by myself for a moment and took my son on the back with him for about 10 minutes which was amazing, he really gave us an amazing first experience so can not recommend him as a tour guide enough. Would recommend AlcudiaJets and would definitely use them again myself when visiting Alcudia again.

This was our first time riding a jet ski (adults, older teens) and we had a fantastic time! We took part in the "Pristine Bay" trip (50 mins) which would've included a stop for snorkelling (for which we brought our own gear), but on the day there were too many jellyfish so instead we stopped in the bay and took the opportunity to capture some photos/video riding around. Carlos and Vlad were our guides, and made sure we were all well looked after. Despite being a bit overly-cautious at the start, we eventually built up to speeds of 60+ km/h, getting some airtime on a few waves and grinning the whole time! We were asked to bring some ID, but actually you just need a passport number for completing the consent forms at the start. There is a crate for storing bags, etc and there's always someone manning the desk, looking after that crate. Sam, who gave our safety/instruction briefing at the start, was very friendly and spoke fluent English (and German by the sounds of it) so everything was very clearly communicated. Photos arrived via WhatsApp the day after, of which there were lots to choose from. All in all, a great time had by all in a beautiful location.

We booked from a guy on the beach, and was given a time for transport and time of the activity. We thought we had been scammed as the transport wasn’t where it was supposed to be, it about 15 minutes late. By the time we got on the ski’s it was over an hour past our booking time and we were about to sack it off as a bad day. The activity and the instructor Vlad, was brilliant. Definitely made up for the faffing. As long as you gain clear information and are aware you may not get on at your booking time, you will have a blast. My son (18) got his own back on me as a mother, and tipped us four times and it was brilliant! Swimming that far out in the sea is an experience most will not gain. It was his first time so we expected to tip off. We were taken quite far out, at speed, and had chance to try some different things on the ski, such as drifting around another ski. We felt completely safe the entire time, had loads of fun and it was a reasonable price for two people. Thank you again for making this an experience we want to remember on our last day of our holiday. Also, GET THE IMAGES AND VIDEOS! You won’t regret it.

Jack Sparrow Cave Tour, 1 adult, 1 teenager (16), two children (12 and 10) The pick-up service that picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off was very good, especially considering that it was included in the price. When we arrived, we quickly got on the jet skis and the guide assigned to us explained everything to us quickly and roughly. The communication overall was pretty good, the guides spoke English pretty fluently and even understood some of my German sentences (I am German). Honestly if you closely listen it’s all the instructions you need even tho you might be overwhelmed at first, however, communicating will probably work out in the end.In the harbor, things went very slowly and when we left the harbor, our guide suddenly drove off at top speed... they could have gone a little slower, especially because it might be difficult for beginners to handle the waves. After a few minutes, however, this problem was no longer there and we could really step on the gas. The view during the whole trip was magnificent, when we got to the cave, we could cool off in the water and it was particularly exciting for the children. After 10 minutes, we got back on the jets and drove back. Halfway through the trip, the guide took videos and photos which we were able to buy later for €10 (the guides also took photos in the cave and other places).

Summary: I definitely think that this trip was worth it, but I would still recommend that if you are not taking children with you, you do the sunset trip or (if you have a boating license) rent a jet ski, as I don't think the cave was that exciting for adults and you could have more fun with several people when renting a jet ski (for example, racing and being more independent from the guide overall). The cave was definitely a very nice experience for the children tho.

What I would pay attention to before booking: Definitely check the weather and maybe write to the guide via WhatsApp, if the wind is strong I could imagine that you could get injured without experience, I have a boating license and have ridden jet skis many times and still sometimes had difficulties (especially in sharp bends (could’ve been because my sister held onto me trying not to fly off aswell) dealing with the waves from the jet skis in front of me or waves from other boats. And of...

Five stars for the experience. We really enjoyed it, had a great guide, had a lot of fun, and we will recommend it. But:

  1. One star off because despite all employees speaking really good english, we were shoved one way and the other with minimal talk. There was no opportunity to ask questions for clarification, we took off into the bay without even being able to say hi to the guide. Everything seemed rushed despite having plenty of time. Additionally, we got a pamphlet explaining the signs for coming closer, engine off etc. that we had to sign, confirming that we understood them. Then on the dock, some other signs were explained to us for the same conditions. And the guide used a third set of signs during our tour. All signs were understandable, no problem. But why did you make me sign that I understood the "official" signs if you don't use them? I guess that you deal with a lot of people and not everybody is a genius, but why don't you stick to one set of signs? Lacks professionalism.
  2. Definitely one star off for the super-annoying last-minute additional charge for things I thought were already paid for. This is similar to other tourist attractions on Mallorca but annoying nontheless. I mean: I paid good money for a safe tour, and it says on your advertisement that picture pack is included. Why do you find it ok to charge me additional 50€ for insurance and 10€ so I can keep all the pictures? Or at least pick the ones I like and not some random subset? None of this was highlighted during the...

We booked 3 jet skis via Nofrills Excursions, asked for children’s ages, 2 16 year olds, 1 13 year old who would be on a jet skis with an adult, said fine, booked us on, we paid €477. Told us to arrive 30 minutes early for safety procedures. Asked if we need to take anything with us, we were told no.

We arrived at 11.30 next morning after a 50 minute walk from our hotel, wearing swim gear as we expected to be in the water, didn’t bring phones or anything with us as they don’t have lockers. On arrival we were advised on safety procedures, then asked for ID. We didn’t have any on us, no passports & no phones & our hotel was a 50 minute walk away, no money for a taxi. They wouldn’t let us on the jet skis. Gave us our ticket back & advised to return to the office for a refund.

Later in the day after we had made our way back to the hotel, grabbed my phone, headed back to the Nofrills excursions office, explained the situation to be told ‘we told you’ They didn’t advise of anything, even after we asked if we needed to take anything with us. We were denied refund, they don’t do refunds, again, this was not explained by Lisa. She became very rude saying we should carry ID everywhere we go (even though we had asked!)

I have rang my bank & explained the scam that Lisa & Alcudia jets are running, they have opened a case for fraud. Please DON’T fall for...
