One of the best small hotel experiences we have ever had, and we travel a LOT. Subtle colors and high quality room decoration, bathroom and mattress… cozy, a lovely view over the high street dead in the town center, parking garage a block away, a very friendly personal check in with all kinds of advice about where to go and to eat, lovely bistro for drinks and tapas and breakfast, an elevator even though it’s quite small, the tv lets you stream your own Netflix and put in the English original audio for movies and shows in regular TV. Exceptional from all levels , the location is just in-front of the beach and with a magical view. |In the center of everything around restaurants and shops. The staff are amazing , very helpful and accommodating for any recommendations and reservations needed.|The interior of the hotel is just indescribable with amazing view of the sea. Every room has different unique finishing and very clean. |we stayed there with the family for 1 week and we really wished to stay longer as it really felt home. Do not stay here! We have stayed there twice. Both times the service has been awful! The second time we booked and paid for a "Large Double Room" and when we arrived we were put in their poky "Loft Room" - the manager is horrible, the staff seem scared of her. They admitted it was their mistake but they didn't offer us a different room, even though they had one available. No refund, no discount (not even for the difference in room cost) - they did offer us ONE free breakfast - seriously? An absolutely awful experience from beginning to end! Obviously we won't ever be returning to Casa...
