We were given one of the newly furnished rooms on the 4th floor which was very modern. The only thing I didn’t like was it had a frosted bathroom door which didn’t close properly so one had little privacy. Apart from that small matter the hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and even printed out some excursion tickets for me as I was having problems with my mobile phone. There is an honesty fridge upstairs for drinks which was very useful and a fabulous roof terrace. |The location couldn’t have been any better and only 5 minutes walk to the Mezquita. We were doing a tour of Andalucia and this was by far our favourite hotel and location. We would absolutely recommend it. |No breakfast facilities but the Cafe Viena just around the corner...

Buenas tardes, ante la contestación del propietario del hotel hacia mi reseña, me veo obligado a responderle de nuevo, ya que hace alusión a mi reseña diciendo que es totalmente falsa y que mi intención es la de hacerles daño. En primer lugar quiero decirle que la cancelación de mi reserva está efectuada en tiempo y forma para que sea gratuita, ya que según las normas que se indican en la reserva, para el periodo en el que nos encontramos ,la reserva es de 3 días , no haciendo distinción de horas. Tal como usted mismo indica, hice la cancelación el día 21, si contamos los días que faltan hasta el día 24, el resultado es de 3 días, justo lo que indica en sus normas. Del 21 al 22, un día, del 22 al 23 ,2 días y del 23 al 24 ,3 días. Justo para hacer cancelación gratuita. En cambio ustedes me han cobrado el precio total de la habitación, que por cierto, como me indica usted en la reseña, en la reserva no hace referencia al cobro de la primera noche de hotel como pago por la cancelación. Con lo cual aquí no hay nada falso por mi parte. También hace referencia a qué no me he puesto en contacto con ustedes para la cancelación. Esto es totalmente cierto, ya que la cancelación se puede hacer online y no se indica en ningún sitio que haya que ponerse en contacto con el hotel. Ante la situación de no tener ni habitación ni devolverme el dinero, le pregunté telefónicamente si podía recuperar la habitación, me dijo que no, que ya estaba ocupada y que si quería, en otro momento podría obtener una habitación con un PEQUEÑO DESCUENTO, y no una habitación gratis como me indica en la reseña, por tanto le contesté que no. Ante mi situación de verme sin habitación y sin dinero, habiéndolo hecho en tiempo y forma, le dije que le pondría una reseña, no una mala reseña, y no con la intención de hacer daño, si no con la intención de avisar a los posibles clientes de mi situación. Aquí al único que le han hecho daño es a mí, que me veo sin habitación, sin dinero y además insultado por vosotros en vuestra reseña. Pensaba que su establecimiento tenía más categoría en el trato a los clientes. Tengo a vuestra disposición los correos de reserva y cancelacion para que ustedes mismos comprueben que lo que digo es TOTALMENTE CIERTO. Recibirán noticias de mi abogado. Un...
