I’ve just completed my third stay - and my partner’s first - at H10 Palacio Colomera. As a long-time H10 guest and Grand Class Member, I’ve become familiar with the high standards of service and quality the brand typically delivers. It's this familiarity that makes me appreciate the finer details that elevate a stay - and also notice when things fall short.

I must admit, my previous visit to this hotel was disappointing enough that I left a strongly critical review and vowed not to return. That’s why I feel it’s only right to now commend the team for an outstanding turnaround. I’m truly glad I gave Palacio Colomera another chance, as this most recent stay was everything I expect from the H10 brand and, more importantly, from a Grand Class experience.

Every staff member we encountered was professional, polite, and welcoming. Our Junior Suite was exactly as requested, and the special touches for the birthday celebration were not only met - they were exceeded. All Grand Class benefits were provided in full throughout our stay, which was a key issue on my last visit and has now been resolved to complete satisfaction.

There was a minor hiccup during check-out when the receptionist initially requested a fee for late check-out, without checking our membership status. Thankfully, this was a small bump in an otherwise seamless experience.

The hotel itself was immaculate, as always. I was especially pleased to see the upgraded seating on the rooftop terrace - what a fantastic improvement in capacity. I do, however, want to gently raise a safety concern: the black metal pool furniture. In a city where summer temperatures frequently exceed 40°C, this choice poses a genuine risk of burns. I strongly urge management to consider alternative materials or coverings to ensure guest safety.

In summary: if you’re seeking a high-quality, beautifully maintained 4-star hotel with excellent service, a central location, and good value (especially with H10 discounts), Palacio Colomera is a fantastic choice.

Thank you to the entire team at H10 Palacio Colomera for a truly memorable stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit - perhaps even sooner...

recently renovated hotel with a modern design inside an ancient very beautiful building in the center of Cordoba. The biggest problem lies in the staff who are absolutely unable to professionally manage the problems of a hotel. somewhat limited knowledge of English which makes communications, especially by telephone, very difficult. . when booking directly by telephone, no one warns the customer that the hotel is located in the center of the city (pedestrian) and that it is practically unreachable by car which instead must be left in a public car park 4/500 meters from the hotel. There is no staff who can help customers with their luggage (to and from the car park) so we don't understand how people with difficulties or elderly people can access the facility. the worst experience was due to the air conditioning which we immediately reported not working upon arrival at the hotel. ( August 14th ) although we had requested a room change, we were reassured that it would be fixed. the following morning we again reported the air conditioner not working. reassured again we left the room. upon returning to the room in the afternoon the room temperature was again unbearable and at least 4/5 degrees higher than those of the common areas. (Cordoba is one of the cities with the highest temperatures in Europe in summer) definitely irritated we turned again to the reception staff who not only did not apologize for what had happened but replied piquedly that they were trying to find a solution (after 2 days! !) making excuses for the lack of maintenance personnel or the attempt to contact the "boss". only at 9.30pm, already changed and annoyed (at 30 degrees in the room) ready for dinner, having finished an aperitif at the hotel bar, after contacting the "boss", we were asked to change rooms, an operation which would have needed at least 1 hour to tidy up all the luggage to be transferred. this proposal should have been made immediately upon check in and not in a ridiculous manner after 2 days spent in a red-hot room with faulty air conditioning. we...

The H10 Palacio was a dream classic old hotel on the outside and the most modern and exquisite hotel on the inside. From the minute we walked in and started the check in process we were treated like royalty. It was not your typical front desk counter but were greeted by a wonderful man by the name of Carlos and went into his office and offered refreshing water. He made us feel special and had a warm personality about him. Quickly checked us in and explained all we needed to know about the hotel and walked us to the elevators and instructed us on the key cards. Once we walked into our beautiful room with an incredible view of the square below from our balcony we knew we choose the best place in Cordoba. The room has so many modern touches some we have never seen before in the United States. The bathroom was like something we have only seen in magazines and had the most amazing rain shower. Buckets of water, instant hot water, large shower and shower doors. The sink area and mirror were fantastic as well. The king size bed, two twins pushed together were comfortable and extra thick white comforters were wrapped in plastic in the closets. Well stocked mini bar and nice TV. Great fast WIFI was also included. The room was so quite and dark as they have solid wood shutters you can close inside which gave me one of the best nights of sleep I have had in a long time. The pool looked beautiful but did not use it. The roof top bar was fantastic with great high views of the square below which had so much activity going on. The location could have not been better being in the Central area and only less than a 10 minute walk to all the areas you would want to visit. I am looking forward to my next H10 hotel in Barcelona at the end of our Spain vacation. Thank you H10 and...

H10 Palacio Colomera is situated in a lively square with many options to eat and drink, literally at the hotel's doorstep. The hotel is also ideally situated to access la Juderia and a street full of shops. We booked a double room directly with the hotel. On arrival we received a welcome drink and, because we booked direct, a voucher for two complimentary drinks. There is a downstairs bar which provides service in the courtyard and a lovely rooftop terrace. Meanwhile, breakfast is served on the main level at the center of the hotel. The buffet style breakfast was included in our room rate and seemed to mirror the standard fare we've come to experience in Andalucia. Suffice to say, it could be improved upon with variety between days, some made to order options, and a greater assortment of fruit. Again, however, this breakfast was a carbon copy of the breakfast we were served at other hotel brands. So, regardless of where you book, it seems to be a common theme. Our initial room was clean but on the smaller side with large (human size) windows that could open up fully to give a Juliette balcony feel (but not). This room was only accessible by an outdoor courtyard rather than via the main hotel. We elected to upgrade on our second night for €5/night to a larger room with a full balcony overlooking the square. The rooms come fully stocked and present well but I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. Also the toilet paper of poor grade. Overall it was a pleasant experience with minor areas for improvement. As a four star hotel, the service, staff, and location were comparable to the five star hotels we visited. Note the smaller room without balcony is featured first in my photos. Cheers.
