Prior to the visit Tammy was very helpful with coordinating our airport transfer and answering any questions. However you sometimes had to wait long for the responses and prompt them to answer you. When we arrived we were amazed with the view (as we paid extra for the ocean view) and the hotel was in a superb location - by the Palmanova beach, some nice beach restaurants and convenience stores + tourist shops right below the hotel and at 5 min walking distance to the tourist strip with restaurants and bars in Palmanova as well as 15 min from the pool clubs, watersports and nightlife in Magaluf. The room had most things we needed. Enough seating and space for everyone a small tv and some tools and appliences in the kitchen as well as a well functioning WiFi (that stopped working sometimes in the evening). Location 5/5 Tammy in the reception was very nice and welcoming, however she wasn't always there during the opening hours which was frustrating when you had questions regarding going on tours and ordering taxis.. HEADS UP: Ordering a taxi can be VERY difficult some days and we weren't even there during high season.. So I highly recommend getting on early in the morning for daytrips or popping over to Palma. There are great bus options too but they take much longer, only take cash and are a bit unreliable timewise.. During the stay we were unfortunately quite frustrated with the reception most of the days, since we had to keep asking and reminding them to fill up the soap and toilet paper and empty the bins... because we had two rooms on different floors and every time we requested/reminded them of something they only filled up on item out of three, or did it in the wrong room or forgot to do it at all. Although cleaning was promised every 3 days and changeing of sheets every 6 days we only got new towels instead of a proper clean during the stay (so we ended up having to sweep the apartment ourselves and despite them coming in to fill up with toiletries they ignored the overfilled bins and the piles of dust that we had sweeped together as a hint for them, see photos attached). So not having enough soap or toilet paper and a full smelly kitchen bin was a constant worry.. which was not fun at all as some of us were sick and just trying to enjoy our family vacation. So having to chase Tammy daily for these basic things after having paid so much money to stay for a whole week really put a damper on things and made the hotel stay more of a disappointment. Which wasn't nice at all since booking the hotel was my task and I definitely had higher expectations than this and wanted my family to be pleasantly surprised. Tammy is for sure kind and sweet as a person but she could definitely work on her attention to detail and being more service minded since she couldn't even keep track of the requests the little time she did spend at the reception (which again, wasn't even the set out time since the desk was empty every third time we passed it, within opening hours). As someone that works in the hotel industry I know what I'm talking about and having enough toilet paper and regularly emptied bins is just common sense. Especially when prompted and requested and when they don't even have that many rooms to keep track of so you really need to step this up. When asked if she could help us order a taxi her first response was "you have to call yourselves because in case there is a queue I don't have time to sit on the line waiting" and she gave the same impression regarding booking tours. Only after I questioned it she was willing to help herself and so she did help us with renting a car one of the days, but I thought this was a good example of her mainly just being willing to do the bare minimum sometimes. Service 2,5/5 Overall I would have given the apartment hotel 4,5/5 thanks to the spectacular view and location but the service brings it down to a 3/5. Mallorca as a whole was pretty (we went to Alcudia, Soller, Palma) but overrated. I'd be open to giving them another chance, but thank you for an OK stay for now :)

We paid for a sea view room thinking you'd probably get an obscure view of some kind but wow, probably the closest we've been to the coast. Sunrise views were stunning. Apartment had all we needed, except we could of done with a sweeping brush to sweep the sand from the Beach our feet brought back. The location is perfect, right in the heart, in-between Palma Nova and Magaluf. The lady on reception was delightful and so accommodating, even gave us an extra hour to check out. If you hire a car there is a free car park a short walk away. The only negative is there can be noise from neighbouring apartments and the street. All in all I don't see how you're getting better accommodation for the price.

Apartmentos Calablanca: Scam, falsely advertised apartment. Advertised a different apartment to the one I was given. Paid for a superior upper floor apartment with sea view and was given an apartment above a Chinese restaurant and bar. Impossible to sit on the tiny balcony. Constant smell of Chinese food from kitchen below apartment. Shower did not drain. Kitchen old and no storage. Street light directly outside window were beds are. Do not trust the management of this property. I did NOT like anything about this property. ***** 950 Euros for 5 nights *** The best thing about this apartment was leaving it! Scam, falsely advertised apartment. I FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF

|Reception area-clean, modern & well lit. Check in went smoothly. We were glad the property had a lift-it was needed! After travelling we wanted to shower. Immediately noticed the shower head holder was broken. Alex fixed it 3 days later & the shower was roomy, full flow & easy to use. We had a studio apartment; the view/space wasn't great & no upgrade available. It was 'Okay’ & we had everything required for our 2 week stay. If we wanted fresh sheets/towels we asked & it wasn't a problem. The living area sofa bed wasn't comfy to sit on. Overall the apartment was clean & well equipped. The beds are clean & comfy. Tammy was brilliant; approachable & went the extra mile sorting our transfers home. Any other staff we met were always lovely. A fantastic location & I'd suggest people always book the sea view. Despite looking onto the street the area was fine & any street noise wasn't a problem. Although, I did have a great time watching the thunderstorms & heavy rain.|Security is good. AC was great!|Lots of things to see & do in the immediate area & if you're unsure about anything ask Tammy. We are returning to Palma Nova next year & considered these apartments again but decided not to. This is not a reflection on the apartments/staff, its only because of our age & my health conditions that we have booked more regularly serviced accommodation. We had a fantastic time.|Thanks...
