Turtle Beach Palmanova — Restaurant in Calvià

I am sorry that i have to leave such a negative review but the service i received in here was nothing short of terrible. I had reserved a table for a later time and showed early i was duly accomated however this is where the good service ends the server he was nothing short of rude and ignorant he came quickly to take a drinks order we advised him we knew what food we wanted and he stated he has to bring the drinks I have never encountered this attitude and i wont be putting it down to culture either he should have taken both orders. It took him 15/20 mins to return meanwhile drinks are getting hotter i am a diner who wants to have my drink with dinner and certainly not ending up ordering multiple drinks. His order taking only came because i physically asked him otherwise i probably still be waiting i told him twice i had pre booked plans hence showing for dinner early. I was then told the item i wanted wasn't available who knows maybe it was earlier onhe took that long to take the order i then was left with a predicament of a new item which i had to rush however this server was trying to force me to order steak he shouldn't be doing this he has no idea of people's likes/dislikes unfortunately i had to order something i would not have for dinner normally but it pains me to say it was absolutely delicious which is a shame as that server is a terrible reflection on the place. An underwhelming visit to Turtle Beach. We visited here recently for our final night on holiday hoping to end the trip with a delicious meal, sadly the whole experience was very average. We arrived for our booking and were seated quickly however waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drinks order. Once they came the waiter left in a hurry and it was a further 15 minutes before our order was taken. This restaurant gets very busy however when we came it was only half full so was confused as to why we waited so long. The beef croquettes were tasty but for 3 golf ball sized items they felt massively overpriced at €15. My partner enjoyed his spaghetti albeit it quite basic. I had the ribs which were really not good, dry ribs with thick BBQ sauce spread on top. They tasted as though they had been reheated and were very dry and lacking any real flavour, and the coleslaw looked like the dregs from the bottom of a container - limp and soggy. The only saving grace was the dusted fries, these are delicious. Once we had finished our meal and turned down desserts we had two separate wait staff ask us if we wanted anything else even though we had already said no. We were still finishing our drinks and really felt rushed to leave. For €120 for two people this meal was the most expensive of our trip and not worth the high price point at all, you’re paying for the sea view and vibes. Tl;Dr Amazing food, not so amazing staff.

This is a weird one. A family of five and one infant visited. We were seated and met by our waiter who was disinterested and seemed too confident in what we wanted. The first error was he doubled the drinks order and tried to blame us.

He then doubled one of the starters and again tried to blame us.

Then we waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes between the starter and the mains. With a young infant, that was really difficult. Any attempts to get an answer from any staff member on the whereabouts of our food were met with us being dismissed or ignored.

Our mains did arrive and 4 of the 5 adults loved their food. One of the dishes however was not cooked. The salmon. Our waiters response was "why don't you ask me if I can get you a new one instead of just saying you won't pay for it." the answer to that was quite simple. We couldn't wait another hour and a bit for it. In fairness, they complimented some drinks but they'd actually added drinks we didn't have and comped them. The food that was cooked, amazing. The waiter? The reason we stayed clear for the remaining two weeks and tarnished what could have very easily been a very pleasant experience...
