Read moreWe had our evening meal here tonight and pretty much had to rush our meal down just to get out of there. We're a family of 3, our baby is 7 months old and very good at meal times, more often than not with minimal disruption to fellow customers. Upon seating, we had to ask for a high chair for our son, which was a warning perhaps. More so when the waiter said that the high chair couldn't be at the end of our table, so we had to struggle. Menus were handed out and we felt so rushed to decide what we wanted, literally every minute we were asked and we'd say we just needed 5 minutes to properly look at the overly extensive menu and choose. Stressful. Then as customers started coming in more at around 8pm, they were clearly and purposefully bunching everyone together, leaving us feeling somewhat claustrophobic and furthermore stressed. They then boxed in our pram by filling up another table next to ours, rather than simply asking if I'd be willing to move it, making it very awkward when we came to leave. We really felt like our presence with our young son was a massive hindrance to them, and we haven't felt that way once here all week. It really ruined the experience and left us both feeling very angry and humiliated. Food was average. I've had much better Chinese cuisine but I've had worse. The one friendly waitress is a diamond in the rough of this place, and she's a credit to them. The 3 other members of staff who dealt with us were very blunt, rude and made us feel very unwelcome. Had we not have felt that way, we'd have certainly stayed much longer and spent more money. With our well behaved baby...

Read moreOverall: Bland, dry and boring food (even with sauce), with mediocre service. Though the staff were friendly, they were noticeably slow-paced with bringing out the orders and didn’t pay much attention to you after the initial order.
From a family of 8 diners, out of everything that was ordered, only the Crispy Chilli Beef and drinks were enjoyable.
Sweet and Sour Chicken: Cut butterfly chicken, the sauce was very bland and thin.
Prawn Toast: Tasty, though over-cooked and was made with some sort of prawn flavoured sauce filling and not actual prawn.
Chicken Satay: A little dry, even with sauce.
Chicken Balls: Pretty standard.
Salt and Pepper Chicken: Looked and tasted like dusty styrofoam. Not a lick of flavour to be found.
King Prawn Volcano: (They come as full, headed prawns) Chewy and tough. I believe the “Volcano” is the fact they come on a sizzling plate as they were in no way hot with any sort of seasoning.
Chicken Chow Mein: The noodles and sauce were passable but the chicken (dry) took all of the sauce to get any enjoyment from it.
Fried Rice: The only thing that wasn’t overly dry, however it didn’t seem fried.
Vegetable Spring Rolls: These were nice. They are the bigger ones.
Crispy Chilli Beef: Lovely, had a good sticky, flavourful sauce. The beef itself was...
