Casablanca Apartments — Hotel in Calvià

Warning: Do not stay at this hotel! Our experience here was a complete nightmare. The building is extremely old and full of mold, which poses serious health risks. After just one night, my family and I started feeling unwell. We left with severe headaches and respiratory issues, including inflamed lungs due to the mold spores in the walls. The strong smell of chlorine is used throughout the building to try to mask the awful stench of mold, but it only makes the air more unbearable.

What’s worse, the management doesn’t care at all. When we requested a refund for the remaining 8 nights because of the unsafe conditions, they refused and called the police to throw us out instead of addressing our concerns. The furniture is filthy, especially the couches, and the balcony doors don’t even lock properly, making you feel unsafe at night.

In a desperate attempt to erase their bad reputation, the hotel rebranded itself on Booking.com under a new name to get rid of all the negative reviews. However, even this trick didn’t last long, as the issues are too severe to stay hidden.

The management shows no regard for guest health, safety, or comfort. We ended up having to take our children to the hospital with severe respiratory infections caused by the mold. They seem to care only about taking your money, not providing even basic hygienic or secure accommodations. Avoid this place...

We had an amazing time at Casablanca Apartments! The place was super lovely and cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The location is fantastic, really convenient for exploring the area.

Ana, our host, was such a gem! She was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. Even when we had to check out early, she was so kind and let us hang out by the pool to enjoy our last moments.

All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Casablanca Apartments to anyone looking for a great...

The perfect getaway. So clean and fresh. You don't even have to check in at arrival, you get a code for your room. The surroundings are incredible and the pool area is perfect. The room got everything you need. Just beware that traffic outside can be a bit noicy if you get a room at front of the house. The extremely kind woman working in the house helped me when I got sun tan spray in my eye. They had a first help kit with cleaning fluid for eyes that helped me so that I did not have to go to the pharmacy or doctor. Will happily come back again to this...
