The absolute worst hotel stay of my life — and I’ve traveled a lot. 1. Zero service from the second we stepped in. Not even a basic “hello.” Staff couldn’t care less. 2. Nobody even looked at our suitcases. We had 4 heavy bags and stairs to the luggage room. Did anyone offer help? Of course not. Staff just stood there, showing zero interest. 3. Noise nightmare. Imagine blasting 80s hits until midnight (and not in a good way). Speakers were literally under the balconies, so we were forced to listen to this torture almost non-stop. 4. Flooding disaster. At 1 a.m. we suddenly heard what sounded like a waterfall. We opened the door and — surprise! — torrents of water pouring from the ceiling right in front of our room. Within minutes, everything was underwater. I rushed to the reception — the administrator barely reacted, mumbled “1 moment” and only came 10+ minutes later to block the pipe. Then he disappeared, came back, asked if we “maybe want to change the room,” and vanished again for an hour 🤯. Meanwhile, no water in our own bathroom (because they blocked it), kids asleep, and it was our LAST night. Total chaos. 5. Checkout insult. After all this, at 11:08 a.m. (check-out at 11:00) the receptionist girl called and, in the most unpleasant tone, told us to “leave the room.” I explained we needed more time — the room was soaking wet after the flood. Her answer? “We as a hotel shouldn’t wait for anyone.” Absolutely unbelievable. This hotel is a disgrace. Rude staff, zero service, horrible noise, flooding rooms, and arrogance on top of it. Never again. Not recommended to anyone — unless you want your holiday ruined.

We had a room on street level (same level as the reception). We could hear the street through closed windows. Also, the walls are very thin, so you can hear the toilet being flushed or the shower being used in neighboring rooms. The room door was thin enough to hear the other doors being opened or closed and follow footsteps and discussions on the floor. The bathroom door is made from thin glass, so be ready to get to know your partner more intimately. WIFI reception in our room was spotty at best. The gym is combined with the spa and gets very hot and stuffy due to the whirlpool. While training, you might have an audience being treated at the spa. Also, the treadmill gave out after 20 mins and could not be restarted, when I ran. The safe in the room has to be paid separately. Those things being said, there are several positive aspects as well: - nice seaside view during breakfast/dinner if you get one of the respective tables - the food both at breakfast and dinner is very excellent (we had half board) - the staff was mostly very friendly, competent and helpful - the amenities include shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, tissues and body lotion and get replenished daily (just as the towels) - the location is great for exploring the city - there's a little beach directly adjacent to the hotel which is much less crowded than the larger ones - there is a storage room for your luggage, if you arrive early or need to check-out way ahead of your flight Don't expect any parking spots close by, if you decide to arrive by car.

What we loved about this hotel was the location. The sea is so close to your room, litterly 5 steps away from our room. There is a front and a back entree so no need to go trough the hotel if you want to walk along the beach. We liked the rooms, they were cleaned every day and they were spotless. The rooms are not very big but there is a terras at most of the rooms. We were on the second floor with the sun terras right in front of our room. What we did not like: people are aloud to smoke on the terras and on the balconys. We do not smoke and do not like to be second smokers. But thats what it is, take it or leave it. We were on a half board, breakfast and dinner. We would not do that again. For us to much pork and salty food. There are no signs with whats in the food but a lovely kitchen lady helped us every day to explain what was what. We loved to walk to Ibiza town, there are two ways. Over the mountain or walk beside the beach. Our tip: don't use google maps. Walk along the beach, or get out the hotel on the streetlevel. Then just walk in the city direction, to the right with the hotel at your back. I am not fit and it took us 20 minutes to the center. Our big thanks to the lovely restaurant staff, they made us feel so welcome. Would we go back? Sure the hotel is nice and i hope the next time the sauna and bublebath are in working order.

Absolutely don't book this hotel! It's not 4 star hotel. I wouldn't give this 1 star! Women on the reception is the most disgusting human I have ever meet in my life! After arriving at 10 pm at night with sick child, tired after 8 hours traveling we was told that our second double room is not booked on their system! After showing her my confirmation and payment she was still convinced that there is no room booked on her system and basically there is nothing she can do to help! Wdf??? She refused to ring Lovehollidays to get this sorted and she also refused to Google the number for me so we can ring them! We could not connect to the internet so we had no options! She told us that there is nothing to do with her and left us standing there with 2 kids! Her attitude was so cold and she did nothing to help and just made the situation worse with her stinky attitude! If I paid £380 for 4 nights and paid for 4 star hotel I would at last expect a bit of compassion and professionalism! Another lady came over and tried to look for our booking and guess what?? She actually found it! The rude lady refused to apologise and refused to write her name for me , she later admitted that her name as Yolanda and she said : you can write my name yourself! She also said that there is no manager avalible so there is nothing really we can do about it ! Simple sorry would be enough! I just can't believe it how rude and nasty she was but after reading some reviews that's not the first time customers complained about her! Who owns this hotel? Are they aware what is going on in here? You can't be so rude to your clients ! I will definitely take this issue up again till I get a proper apology from her! Finally the room we have is very basic, small and you can here a lot of noise...

I came from the airport by bus number 10 to the stop Bar. Fenix AV España 101, and from there I went down the street, literally 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is located on the first coastline, right behind the hotel there is a promenade for walking and the seashore… The girl at the reception quickly processed the paperwork and checked me in. My room was 805, the windows didn't look at the sea, but at the road, and there was no noise from the cars coming. The neighbors were not audible, however, if they spoke loudly in the hallway, it could be heard in the room. But even the conversation of the service personnel in the hallway did not irritate me. But the nicest one was the room cleaner. Unfortunately, she didn't understand English and even if there was a “do not disturb” red card on the door, she still knocked, quickly went into the bathroom and changed my towel and shower accessories 😅 It seemed to me that she did not understand why there was a Red Card hanging on the door 😂. But she cleaned everything so thoroughly that criticism was extremely inappropriate, a very nice woman. Special thanks to the chef. I really liked the breakfasts. Not far from the hotel, literally 30 m walk away, there is a staircase that you can use to get to the castle and to the port, literally 15:20 minutes walk. There are a huge number of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel, in a word, I liked everything. P.S. There is one peculiarity: there is a safe in the room. But the key to the safe is at the reception and to pick it up you need to pay for it. I paid 18 €...
