Visited in August. The reservation and check-in online with choosing your room by yourself was very easy. Reception staff great, room was good for the price.||Good points for us:||1. Very comfy beds||2. Supermarket next door - great when in August they did not had room service....||3. Fairly good wifi||4. Liked the in house cosmetics ||Bad points:||1. Cleanliness really needs to improve! Especially in the room and in the restaurant too. In our room (810) we had so much dust everywhere that it looked that the room wasn't used for a long time and they did not refreshed it before our arrival. Floor wasn't particularly clean with some debris under the sink, by the toilet too. Shower was not very clean either, the glass doors need a good scrub, and the rust on the bottom of the glass could be looked in to as well. Mirrors were dirty and dusty.||2. Breakfast was a real let down. Uff why is it so hard for the hotels to make a good breakfast??? I am from the industry and we always! make breakfast great, because it's the part when people need to be pleased the most. Poor choice, cold food, chipped glasswear and crockery, food not being replenished quick enough, I could carry on, but I think next time if we are staying in the same hotel we will be choosing to have breakfast in a café near by.||This is why we give this hotel average only - cleanliness...
Read moreWe had reserved a suite but Reservations made a mistake and the suite was taken when we arrived. The gentleman at the front desk, maybe the manager, offered us a family room and that worked perfectly for us. He was very helpful, I wish I had taken his name to commend him.||The rest of the front staff were ok, but appeared to be a bit overwhelmed. The staff at the restaurant were very good and attentive.||Our room was very spacious and having a separate sitting area and two full bathrooms was great. ||The location is off the main avenue, within walking distance of the old town with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around. The hotel appears to cater to businesses travelers but is hard to tell as we were there on a Saturday. The decor in the lobby and restaurant are a little dated, but the room and bathrooms were modern and well appointed with nice, sleek furniture and soothing lighting.||Good selection of breakfast items and they continuously replenished the buffet. ||We would stay here again if in Logroño, specially if we could get the...
Read moreWe stayed for 1 night & loved the location of the hotel & our room which had fantastic AC which was so important when it was 33C outside. We arrived by car & were advised that our car would not fit in the car park (Merc c class) so we parked round the corner in the Gran Via car park which was very easy. The reception team were not very welcoming, in fact they ignored me for quite a few minutes even though no one else was there & when they did speak with me they were very sour faced. It didn’t look like they enjoyed their job or be happy to be welcoming anyone!! That apart the rest of our stay was perfect. ||Check in with another member of staff was fine, the room was very modern with a decent bed & good shower. Superb AC. Apart from sleeping for a few hours we did very little in the hotel as we ate breakfast in a cafe which we prefer. ||The location is superb for the Tapas Street. It was a joy to wander from bar to bar enjoying a tapas & prices were great. We will return to Logroño & will make the NH our...
